The manager at A&W Surb is excellent. She runs the restaurant very well and always provides great customer service. The staff are friendly, and the service is consistently good. I really enjoy coming here. Highly recommended!

Should have checked the receipt before leaving. Won't go back to that location.

I came through the drive-thru today and, honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve left disappointed. Last time, my poutine was watery, had no flavour, and was completely cold. I decided to give them another chance, but this time I ordered a Nashville Chicken Cruncher and the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. It’s really frustrating to pay for food you can’t eat. This place seriously needs to improve the quality and consistency of their orders.

Hit or miss. Been coming here a while but tonight the food is rancid. Buddy burgers taste spoiled and burnt did not finish it. Too expensive, This A&W is consistently low quality. Not worth the money. I hope i dont get sick

Bought breakfast as it's near my house. Had to wait for the coffee so the rest of my food was sitting there getting cold before I could even head home with it. Should have asked for new hot food. But we did get hot coffee after 10 mins of waiting and it was fresh

Dirty interior saw them preparing food without gloves. Paid for my meal only to realize they had double charged me so they skimmed my banking information. And when told and shown they refused me a refund for the extra meal that was stolen on my card. Would never go to this location unless you want to be stolen from they owe me 25$
