They need to ease off on the salt and seasoning. I live close by and have been to this location a few times and food has been good most of the times. My biggest complaint is that they over season everything and not always consistent. Especially the fries, way too salty.
Machine wouldn't work. Rather than saying something... They kept. Trying. My burger sat there... Cooling.I had to go up to the counter and ask for 3 cups. I was miffed.. He offered a refund but I said no. Just the drink. Tables hadn't been cleaned. Staff sat stood behind the counter helping the drive thru... Oh well
I don’t usually give reviews for fast food places but I’ve seen some really awful A&W restaurants and was so surprised how clean and tidy this location was. Service was friendly. Food was super fresh. The whole restaurant was immaculate and smelt clean. Only thing that confused me was the out of order signs on the bathroom doors however I can imagine they have to deal with people coming in to use them and not buy food. So I can understand this.
