The manager at A&W Surb is excellent. She runs the restaurant very well and always provides great customer service. The staff are friendly, and the service is consistently good. I really enjoy coming here. Highly recommended!
Bought breakfast as it's near my house. Had to wait for the coffee so the rest of my food was sitting there getting cold before I could even head home with it. Should have asked for new hot food. But we did get hot coffee after 10 mins of waiting and it was fresh
All of the staff at this A and W are lovely, but Liiban in particular is exceptionally kind! It’s very much appreciated that even when I stop through the drive thru at 3AM after work, that Liiban always has such a sunny demeanour. This person is truly a ray of sunshine!
