Went for breakfast. Bacon and eager combos. Bacon and egger was luke warm at best and cheese was starting to get hard.

This location has a nice peaceful and positive vibe unlike the nearby Costco food court which often consists of a gaggle of hangry customers waiting for their order to be called.

The cashier graciously brought our order to the table and we washed up at their communal sink and cleaning station. (I love this!!!) The burgers were fresh and lovely as usual but I thought the poutine could have been filled a bit more but it did save me a few calories. There are free pop refills- you just need to bring your cup back to the counter.

Thank you for the great meal- I’m sure I’ll be back to this location.

I ordered a cup of half and half medium size coffee today and found out they changed their coffee to the brand call PRET, it tastes like sugar water with leftover coffee taste, very disappointed the change, one of the big reason we like to eat at AW all the time is because we like their coffee compared to other burgers place, we won’t go back anymore.

The food and service was OK. My only complaint is they screwed up my order.

The untidy area near the sink, music is loud and unsettling, meat grizzly, no taste, gravy cold and gelled, please do better. It's my 3rd try here, NO MORE.

Trash business and garbage ownership/manager. Would not honour their own A&W kids Halloween promotion. Incredibly rude overweight employee said her manager arbitrarily decided they weren't going to honour promotion. Son was really disappointed.

Tried their masala veggie burger and staff said I was the first customer to try at this location.very happy with the new addition.as vegetarian I am waiting for more options and thanks to A and W in introducing this burger on Thanksgiving day❤️❤️❤️❤️

The vibes of this specific A&W are immaculate. Can't comment on the food, I just started coming here for coffee on my breaks a couple days ago and the lady at the counter already knows my order before I can even say what's up. The building is angled just right so the sunshine in the windows is nice but not too bright and there's just a good aura in here. The coffee is always hot, fresh, bean nectar of the gods.

We did the drive through at 9:50 pm, over an hour before the restaurant drive thru closed.
We had just finished a 14 hour drive from Victoria. Tired and famished.
We got our order of burgers and fries in less than 30 seconds. We didn't think anything about it until we got home except I did think I couldn't smell anything.
It was freaking ice cold. Ate it anyways, just too tired. No food poisoning so it was just cold.
Just saving the bottom line they were. Not that they don't make a fortune, I just expected that they had more pride in their product.
I love A&W and don't eat any others. So disappointed. When I called the next day to speak to a manager, they kinda blew me off and said to insist next time that it's hot. REALLY?
S w you guys. There's other places.

Food was good just the Service wasn’t
The older Asian lady wasn’t friendly when I went back for my missing tomatoes on my all canadian breakfast she start arguing with me that I had classic breakfast which I didn’t since I know what I ordered and what paid and I obviously had all Canadian since I have harsh brown and sausage on my plate
Then my friends had bad experience with her to, they want to use coupons no that’s not for Calgary only for Edmonton, fine
but could pls at less try to scan since we used SAME coupons at Jasper a&w and drumheller day before and there was no problem at all and no she won’t scan
Come on lady be at less nice, we won’t stop at this location anymore
