They often do not even have hamburgers. This seems wild for an A&W. Probably a good choice if you want chicken and fries though, the lack of hamburgers is disappointing however.

New management looks much better than before. Food is delicious and fresh. Service is super nice. Great team.

I noticed their new store policy yesterday but I fully agreed with this business. Charge a quarter for 3 ketchup if you have no purchase there.

The lady working on Sunday afternoon was absolutely cooking. Greatest service I've ever had at an A&W. The hustle was was absolutely unmatched. Kudos to her!

I ordered a papa burger in lettuce wrap. It is the worst A&W lettuce wrap I have ever seen. If your company offers this on the menu maybe train the workers how to do it???? The worker has no idea how to make a lettuce wrap and let's say they don't know, they didn't even make an effort to make it a wrap---it was half open (see the picture taken after opening package before I took any bite). One can use their own abilities to come with something reasonable. This person just used some cut lettuce lying around instead of using one that could be made into a wrap. I am sure there were other lettuces in the kitchen.
Plus, even though I just said papa burger, the cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said "sure IF it comes with it". Then I was charged extra for the cheese.

I ordered spicy habanero chicken sandwich and it was soooo bad. I couldn’t find habanero sauce it was sooooo less. The chicken was not at all crispy, so bad taste.I don’t at all like A&W

Extremely rude, and unhinged staff. Tall ish Asian lady rolling her eyes the entire time, not sure what her issue is, seems others have had the same problem. And that is your front of house worker, yikes.

I ordered a poutine, then a combo and got my meal. I sit down and realize they only gave me a poutine and burger and drink, BUT no fries. I went back and they said I have to be charged for the fries.AND the tall asian lady is very rude, horrible customer service. DONT waste your money here.

The staff are so friendly and they do a great job

1) I remember they used to be open on Sunday mornings in the past, but no longer. Perhaps new management. You’re expecting some convenience esp it’s on campus. 2) Comparing to some other locations, the staff there insist you must take that coupon off the booklet. 3) For the recent times I was there, the freshness doesn’t impress. I would pick other locations over this one, unless I really have no other choice.
