I normally don't leave a review, but this was one of the best A&W experiences I've had in the city. This locations buddy burger is really, really good for some reason. Didn't expect university food (especially hamburger) to be this good. Try it

With all their advertising about being Canadian, they don’t even value customers as much as McDonald’s does. They sell poor-quality products at high prices under the name of being “Canadian,” and offer no customer support at all.

this location is on campus and has some of the fastest service despite the amount of people they have to serve every day. highly recommend, their service is lovely.

They often do not even have hamburgers. This seems wild for an A&W. Probably a good choice if you want chicken and fries though, the lack of hamburgers is disappointing however.

New management looks much better than before. Food is delicious and fresh. Service is super nice. Great team.

I noticed their new store policy yesterday but I fully agreed with this business. Charge a quarter for 3 ketchup if you have no purchase there.

The lady working on Sunday afternoon was absolutely cooking. Greatest service I've ever had at an A&W. The hustle was was absolutely unmatched. Kudos to her!

I ordered a papa burger in lettuce wrap. It is the worst A&W lettuce wrap I have ever seen. If your company offers this on the menu maybe train the workers how to do it???? The worker has no idea how to make a lettuce wrap and let's say they don't know, they didn't even make an effort to make it a wrap---it was half open (see the picture taken after opening package before I took any bite). One can use their own abilities to come with something reasonable. This person just used some cut lettuce lying around instead of using one that could be made into a wrap. I am sure there were other lettuces in the kitchen.
Plus, even though I just said papa burger, the cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said "sure IF it comes with it". Then I was charged extra for the cheese.

I ordered spicy habanero chicken sandwich and it was soooo bad. I couldn’t find habanero sauce it was sooooo less. The chicken was not at all crispy, so bad taste.I don’t at all like A&W
