What's with only filling the gravy half or even less then half full? Like I know times are tough but how much could you be saving?

Also I know it's not just this location but the chicken fingers suck now. You used to be able to see it was actual chicken and now it's the jelly crap.

Went there for a frozen beer~.

Amazing vibe and taste. But I ordered a frozen rootbeer with cold brew and i think they gave me the sweet cream rootbeer instead??. Not sure.

We absolutely love coming to the A & W at Creekside.

The staff greet us with a smile. They always make us feel so welcome.

The french fries are hot. The teen burger is loaded, absolutely delicious 😋

The gray haired lady who was there on Halloween night at 8pm was extremely rude and mean.
My kids and I went to get the Halloween meal and she treated us like we were homeless and told me my order would be delayed.
Indeed, all the customers who came after me got their orders and my kids and I waited a long time until the kids got tired and wanted to go to bed. Then I went to another employee to ask about my order which was number 12 and she surprised me that it was not on the system. The other employee was much nicer and got us our order right away. Please make sure your employees are serious about respecting customers.

Bad service. Ice cold food. I made the mistake already knowing how bad this location at Creekside is. Refuse to serve breakfast after 11 am.

Employees should tone down a bit we are paying customers I don’t know which other food chain trains their employees to be rude to the bone.

The amount of times I’ve ordered the Beyond Meat Burger (Vegan) at this location, have asked for No Mayo on it as I’m Vegan and cannot eat it, and still had Mayo put on my burger is insane. The burger combo is not cheap, $15, and many times I’m left with being unable to eat the top bun of the burger as its soaked in mayonnaise which I specifically asked to be removed. I wish the staff paid a little closer attention to requests like this, as you never know if someone’s intolerant or allergic to a certain topping, and the food here isn’t cheap.

Burgers always taste so old here. Skip the dishes orders always arrive ice cold. Feels like their food is just sitting out all day.

Delicious foods. The "All-Canadian Special" breakfast menu is very delicious and nice. Try it out.
The restaurant crew have excellent customer services skills.
