The gentleman taking my order and the lady at the window were very friendly. However, I sat at the window for 3 minutes before paying and then waited a total of 8 minutes for one burger combo. Very disappointed

Thus place us clean. The service was great. The godd is good.
For a fast food. It's not greasey and it's very clean there.
I have been to this one a few times and it's always the same. Not disappointed. Great job. Keep it up.

Ordered take out buddy burger with lettuce at a drive-thru. When I got home, i opened the bag, and I got inly the patty and just the lettuce, no buns. Hilarious and disappointing.

Only one lady actually likes working there, the manager and the younger girls working gossip about customers who ask for an explanation of the charges and the hard working lady when she was cleaning the windows outdoors. So many young people are looking to work and they don’t get a chance to be hired because they don’t know the hiring manager from the same background but can give way better service than those gossiping today, they don’t even thank you, maybe AI robots started taking over the food service industry, what a shame this A&W experience was today, nothing Canadian in there.

I received my order tonight it was cold. Skip picked up at 7 pm this evening and it was delivered at 7:45. It is still on my counter untouched except 2 onion rings. I tried to deal with skip and they were only willing to refund 50% in skip credits plus $5. I guess only 50% of my food was cold.

Outstanding. Regional manager, I asked for your email to give you positive feedback. But the supervisor Mohamad said to go on Google for you! This A&W is like going back to high school( first part time job) your staff are usually beyond friendly! This owner takes care to ensure the stores are ran properly!!! Thank you so much! Only A&W I goto now!
