The food here as good and the wait times aren't too bad. When they aren't too bust they clean the tables which is nice. Only issue I had was some of the staff working the drive thru weren't polite and lacked friendliness.

The first time trying the classic, my favorite is the hash brown, crispy and tender, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So I ordered an extra one. Overall, it was a very good experience. Be careful if you want to eat the toast separately because there's melted butter in the middle. Don't end up like me with oily hands. The coffee taste is average, neither exceptionally good nor bad. It's a good option to try when you first arrive in Canada

Ordered teen Burger this burger was not edible for them to even serve this is unacceptable. Cheese and patty looks like it came straight out the freezer… Do not come here and especially do not bring your family here.

Don’t come‼️There is. Very rude stuff while closing it was two times happened to me that they closed dine in 9.43 or 9.46 and after requesting them that I don’t have a car so I drive through which is not works for me but they don’t enter me it is very very bad service I never will never come here in my whole life and i suggest you to all of you.Kid-friendliness: Very bad

Please update this sign board coz I arrived at 9.48pm on Friday and the staff didn’t open the door for me. They kept on showing signs to instruct me to go to drive through. Management should take action about this.

Worst experience, never felt inclined to leave a bad review anywhere until today. I went through the drive through today and ordered the usual thing I order, “a teen burger with only cheese and ketchup on it.” Weird order, fair enough, but usually never have any issues. I got my order and I’m in the habit of checking my orders before I drive away. I noticed the burger had bacon on it so I quickly parked and went inside to let them know. 3 ladies in there, the first one told me that’s not what I ordered and that I said plain cheese burger. I told her that’s not what I said but regardless there shouldn’t be bacon on it. She turned to her coworker (the one who took my order) and asked her and she’s like, “nope she ordered a plain burger that’s what she said.” I knew 100000% that’s not what I said because I word this order the exact same way every time but they were gaslighting me so bad that I asked the person I had on the phone while I was ordering to verify I said the right thing, which I DID because I always say the same thing. Regardless, why are you arguing? Afterwards, the third lady who was taking somebody else’s order says to the a different customer, “guess some people don’t like bacon.” I was in awe at this point that 3 grown women were ganging up on a customer when it was THEIR miscommunication mistake. I turned to her and said, “it’s a difference if I didn’t like it versus that I can’t eat it. If I didn’t like it then I’d pick it off but I can’t eat pork for religious reasons.” She was taken aback and didn’t say anything after that. I got the right order but as the first lady passes it to me she says, “you should probably change your order to a mama burger because that doesn’t have bacon on it and it’s cheaper.” At this point I felt defeated so I didn’t say much and left. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. I’ve worked in the service industry forever and miscommunications happen all the time but this was a lack of taking accountability along with straight up rudeness. Will never be back but not that that changes anything for them realistically.
