I recently visited the A&W location and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Anna. From the moment I walked in, Anna greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

The food, as always, was delicious. The classic A&W burgers were cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and golden. I also enjoyed their signature root beer, which was as refreshing and delightful as ever.

What truly stood out during my visit was Anna's attention to detail and genuine care for customers. She ensured that my order was correct and checked in to see if everything met my expectations. Her professionalism and positive demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience.

Overall, my visit to A&W was enhanced by Anna’s excellent service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant time, and I look forward to returning for another great meal.

Night time person was so rude he doesn't know how to talk and ge don't know about customer service this location need to tell their crew to learn customer service and then join this job 🙄

Jaskaran suggested a masala burger and it was delicious. I would love to come back to get that exceptional service.

13 dollars for a cheese burger,fry and gravy . I thought it was just the government teying to rob us but apparently its all of these large companies. Sickening.

Even if you cancel the order within a minute of ordering they will still charge you for the food because they had ”started to prepare it”

So I ordered through Skip The Dishes. On there I tried ordering a BLT chicken burger combo. When ordering, they have WAY too many extra options to choose from. There's a bunch of sauces, proteins, toppings, and I don't know which sauce the blt from a&w usually has. I thought "well, all of these are most likely extras" and so I didn't select anything other than the "extra bacon" option.

Once I received my order, it was just a bun, chicken, and bacon. No sauce, no lettuce, no tomatoes. It's a BLT and unless people specify in special instructions that they want something removed, then it shouldn't be.

Advice for the owners: make orders by default have the original ingredients, and allow people to remove or add extra.
