I visited A&W Restaurant…. it was busy and customers is asking to have access for washroom, but the staff infront refuse us to use it. We noticed, few minutes after… staff from the kitchen used the washroom but why us customer never let us use.

It smells incredibly bad inside. The staff don’t use gloves while preparing the burgers, and they touch everything and then go back to preparing the burgers..

Absolutely terrible. They gave me my food without any toppings or seasoning…. The fries and the burger…. I am scared to look at the turnover. This is crazy. I have tried to call to give you a second chance and no answer after repeatedly calling. I feel crazy now. Never going here again. A$W has gone downhill these past few months.

Advertise as 24 hours, so I walked there in the cold at 4 AM, and they refused to serve me because they said they were closed and to come back later. I said there was nowhere around to wait, and they just said too bad. I'm disabled and limped there from the hospital because I hadn't eaten in 12 hours & they were supposedly the only thing open within kilometers. False advertising, imo.

I usually don’t like to say anything negative, but I had a disappointing experience tonight. The Indian Punjabi girls working during this shift seemed to lack attention to safety, hygiene, and professionalism. When I first placed my order, I specifically asked for a coffee, but it wasn’t added to the list. Later, when I reminded them after receiving my food, they simply said they forgot. Additionally, one of the staff members was not wearing a uniform, which didn’t look professional. Overall, the service felt careless and unorganized. I hope management provides better training and ensures proper hygiene and professionalism among staff in the future.
I must start by saying A&W is a prefferred fast food franchise for me. This branch is sub par compared to what you would find at most A&W. Seating area is pretty worn and dirty. No ketchup pumps available. Staff handling food (lettuce,bread, tomato etc) items with bare hands, no digital order screens, no napkin dispenser. This location desperately needs a reno and a redo.

She was approachable, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Everything was handled efficiently, and our food was hot, fresh, and delivered promptly. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I had a small issue with my order, but Autumn handled it quickly and efficiently without any hassle. She was polite, understanding, and made sure everything was corrected right away. Never disappointed. My grandson enjoyed the chicken strips and chips and I enjoyed the classic Teen Burger. Not a scrap left on the table as the food is made fresh and always delicious and we eat it all.
