The lady there doesn’t wash her hands or use gloves when handling the food. So disgusting. The guy who takes the order is also very room. Their bathroom is miraculously always “out of order” They just simply don’t want to deal with cleaning the bathrooms so they always keep it closed. Honestly change the people working there. The people there are always on their phone. No mannerism or politeness either. If you REALLY have to get food from here then go ahead, the foods the best it can be. If you care about hygiene or want to use the bathroom, forget it.

I came in with my girlfriend and ordered our food when it arrived at the table I began to eat about half way through I discovered that the mamma burger I ordered was raw in the middle. I tried to complain about it to the manager and rudely got told I didn't know what I was talking about and that it was cooked he then without taking the time to talk to me turned his back on me and walked away. I've never been treated with such contempt ever and every time we have come to this location the washroom has been "out of order" I'm starting to think it's nothing but a vendetta against the city's homeless people. This is completely unacceptable in so many ways thank you for reading this

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. The lady at the counter did not even say hi or ask for my order - she just waited for me to talk. No hand washing between tasks. I know customer service jobs are not always fun, but there needs to be some serious retraining here. Food is meh - almost always cold.

I ordered food today walk inside not even saying hi if we don’t say hi first I don’t know what kind of stuff those are here to be honest
I have allergy and I asked the the guy at the cashier to wear gloves when you make my order and 1 min later I got my order from a lady who I was watching her without washing her hands without gloves I asked did you put gloves on she was like we don’t wear gloves her only hand washed and I was like no worries just took my food give it to the homeless

I don’t think staff are trained here. I live in the neighborhood and sometimes need to grab a quick breakfast. I saw the lady scrolling on her phone, did my order, and without washing her hands, immediately started to handle my burger buns barehanded. Everything inside the burger was touched by her hand. VERY DISGUSTING!!
