Went thru drive thru and messed up my order, gave me 2 out of 3 burgers, one which had onions and pickles that I requested didn't (which receipt even says) came back 10 min later with receipt and burgers and manager or whoever starts arguing with me... Umm yea ok bud I'm not gonna argue with you when the burger in my bag doesn't even match what's on my receipt, he acted like I went home and put the pickles on myself to sabotage the buger which was quite funny. It's not a hard concept. They ended up "fixing" the one burger but still wouldn't give me the one that was missing. I just left because I'm not gonna waste more than a few minutes for a few dollars. I got better things to do.

Clean place, friendly staff.

Got a hair in my burger, not on it, in the meat itself.
Manager offered me a free meal and I said no thanks.
Urged them to inform the “supplier” because that is disgusting.

This place is so much better than the McDonald's across the street.. No huge waits for orders, always made correctly and staff are super friendly!

Best burger place in our neighbourhood. Fries are fresh and sometimes, they give out coupons which is a good value.

Food is good and the staff are friendly, fast, and helpful. But the wifi network *never* works, and I've been coming here and trying it for years. You can't say you have wifi if it never functions. Management-- fix it please!

I’m not sure if those girls understand or they just want you to pay more. They can’t understand what you order and put more in your order and you will end up paying more in their drive thru. It’s frustrating to complain again and correct it when you’re already hungry and it’s -20 outside . Never will come back on that location again. They even looked at me like they’re suspicious about my order.

I went there on Monday and I was asked for a Masala Veggie Burger combo your staff members told me that it was already discontinued yesterday from all stores but it's still available. So I had to go with Beyond Meat Burger, usually, I don't like it. I just want to say that why your staff were lying to me about its discontinue from all store? Even they can just say that we are not selling it anymore so I can order it from another A&W. This is disgusting. I never expect that
