I ordered a burger and asked to pay extra for an onion ring to be added to the burger. I was refused. They do not allow this type of modification. I went to a different location and asked for the same thing, and was accommodated.
Its only $1.50 difference, but I will never be back to this location.
Please see my 5* review of the location that was able to make the simple accommodation.

All the morning staff at the Signal Hill location are fantastic. They are always friendly. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always good. It’s a great way to start my Saturday morning!

Went this Sunday morning, food was insanely fast and they were even accommodating for my dietary restrictions when I ordered the All Canadian Special. I decided that I needed to make a review after I saw the cleanest men’s washroom I’ve seen.

Ordered and asked for my order to be made fresh, the onion rings after i opened it was so dry and feels like it was sitting there for 15 mins. Staff aren’t as welcoming aswell
