All Canadian breakfast is my favorite. Used to love this shop. But this morning had a really bad experience. The lady we ordered the food with did seem to be focused on her job. Not either professional or even friendly. The second picture shows that even we said we wanted to use our own mugs she just simply ignored that.

Bad customer service. Rude manager. Staff speaks Philippine behind customer back. Correct me if I ma wrong, but we are in Canada. Manager (Alfenz, sorry if I mistyped the name) was sitting on the counter where the food suppose to be. We had a situation that was resolved, but then I heard manager saying to his crew: "I won!" Damn it, it is not about who is right or who is wrong, it is about the fact of being helpful to customers and avoiding bad reviews and reputation. Nothing is great nowadays at this location but the beef.
I get that it’s 5 am but still how do you mess up the order when the order is right on the receipt. I’m extremely disappointed. Get home to find disappointment aha.

Service has gone downhill a little in just a few months. A&W now charge extra for any condiments, staff don't even bother to clarify the order details and seem unhappy when asked to make corrections. Food is still good at least.

Aside from the crazy prices and spiraling quality, I don't think I've ever ordered chicken strips from this location and been able to eat them because they're always undercooked.

Dietary restrictions: Easy to request a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Although they are only gluten aware not celiac as there is no dedicated fryer.
