Every other location in the South I've been to makes my burgers exactly as I order them. It's 4-5 times now this location never puts more than 2 pickles when I ask for extra pickles I even started saying extra extra pickles because they weren't putting on more than 2. I have been driving down to the Auburn Bay location but tonight was in a rush so I went here and again no more than 2 pickles.
Also more of a general A&W complaint, why on earth did you start putting burgers in the bag sideways? Do you not realize all the cheese and toppings slide off and end up stuck to the stupid paper flaps you use. Bring back the paper lined foil bags you had before that actually closed and kept the burgers warm. Put the burgers in the bag FLAT!!

Every time I go through the drive through , in the morning, I order my food, and ask for ketchup in the bag. I’ve even say how many I would like. But every time they forget the ketchup. I think the one lady in particular is just trying to save the company money. She is the one there at 6am.
