I’ve never received this little when ordering a regular sized drink, we even asked the person serving us about it just to be told that’s the normal amount dispensed from the machine

Absolutely horrible absolutely horrible I got my order just before they closed the doors my order was wrong I was on my bike and went to the drive-thru and they wouldn't serve me or take the order back great customer service

I've gone to this a&w atleast once a week for about 6 months now and the lady who does the drive thru over night always seems too be in the worst mood ever and always decides to take it out on her customers. I was just there and ordered an onion rings and poutine and she was rushing me even though it was a 30 second interaction. I asked to confirm if she got the onion rings i ordered to which her response was do you see the screen? The screen had already passed my order so I said no and she sighed and said yes I got your onion rings. Then I pulled up to the windows to collect my food and I asked her how her night was to which she ignored which is fine so then I was telling her very calmly that saying do you see the screen is very rude and she couldn't just said yes or no to which her response was shutting the window in my face she taking off while I was in the middle of a sentence.i waited about 5 minutes for her to come back to ask what time the manager was in at but she never did. Tried calling, no answer. This place is clearly poorly ran and I advise anyone to go literally anywhere else to be treated better

We went through the drive through and alerted the staff to what appeared to be an unhoused person who may have been having a seizure, or some kind of medical emergency. Instead of having any sort of compassionate response to this, we were told by the lady who answered the phone that they were “busy”. Apparently, making money is more important than people’s lives. Will not be giving this location any more of my money.

This is the best A&W I have been to in Calgary. The place is clean, staff are friendly and professional, food is great, and the service is impeccable. The staff are from the Phillipines and they are wonderful!

The A&W associates in this branch do not put on hygiene gloves when wrapping the sandwiches plus most of customers are asked to buy meal for homeless people 🙄

Nice clean place , I ordered my food and did not have to wait long for it . The service was great and although as far as fast food goes A & W isn't the cheapest but you gey a pretty decent meal . I am not a big fan of fast food but if I am going to have it then I want something that actually tastes good even if I have to pay a little more . Thanks to the staff there ....five stars all the way !
