Horrible service, does not have everything on the menu. Won’t even try to accommodate and make a simple chicken burger with us fine paying extra at any other location. You call yourself the “burger family” and can’t even make a chicken & cheddar…. Do not recommend!! Also the coffee was horrible tasted like it was burnt and they left the stick in the coffee!!

i was treated with the worst service I've ever experienced at this A&W. Usually A&W is so accommodating to their customers but this one was not only rude they would not listen to my concerns. Not only did they raise their voice towards me the women told me I need to listen to her or get out of here. I drove away because I am not one to argue nor do I want to be yelled at when I have spent my money for a service.The issue is I was charged for a tea, then an additional tea, and an oat milk. I received only one tea bag and a drop of oat milk. I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk. A simple resolve would've been to adjust the drink, which is not a lot of money and keep a valued customer, but instead they lost my business and my family's business as well.

Ordered around 5:10pm - 5:15pm the woman taking order in the drive thru was rude. My bf wasn’t done taking his order and told us to drive ahead, didn’t even take a chance to ask us “anything else” or whatsoever. When he said that he wasn’t done yet, we heard the woman whispered something in Tagalog. We understand Tagalog since we’re Filipino as well, I think she said something like “ano ba yan” in a disappointed tone. Then she cut the mic off maybe whispering something else to her coworkers.This happened today November 21st around 5:10pm - 5:15pm. Truly shocked and disappointed. The food was great overall.

Food was fresh and served quick. Mama burger actually had sliced onions which is always great. About half the time at other locations, they will use the diced onions for everything and it’s always a bummer.
Never gives ketchup even when asked. I'm willing to pay for it, I don't care. I just want to enjoy my meal how I order it.

It's a fast food burger place, I mean nothing notable. Quality is basically the same as the other chains. Breakfast is the best out of all the chains though except how greasy the cheddar cheese makes the breakfast sandwiches.
