I went to order a chubby chicken burger as I was in between shifts and needed a pick me up. When I payed for the sandwich they gave me a buddy burger instead. I told them this isn’t what I ordered and asked them to get me my sandwich instead. They refused, saying this is what they thought I ordered and should enjoy it. I left the sandwich in n the counter and said no need for a refund it’s a reminder to never eat at this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Saw an employee touch eggs after not washing his hands in the bathroom. Also terribly understaffed, some owner laughs as you wait forever for your food. Never going back.
Always is the same thing, always order extra cheese and never have it. Of course they don't forget to charge me.

I ordered Masala Veggie Burger (limited time only) and fries last night at 6666 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, AB T2H 0K6 location next to Mark’s Store. The burger buns were burnt and tasted so bad. I have had the same burger twice from another location (Barlow NE), it was so appetizing! Even the fries were below average and tasted awful. McDonald’s fries are way better. Do not recommend going to this location! The staff do not know how to cook!
