Saw an employee touch eggs after not washing his hands in the bathroom. Also terribly understaffed, some owner laughs as you wait forever for your food. Never going back.
Always is the same thing, always order extra cheese and never have it. Of course they don't forget to charge me.

I ordered Masala Veggie Burger (limited time only) and fries last night at 6666 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, AB T2H 0K6 location next to Mark’s Store. The burger buns were burnt and tasted so bad. I have had the same burger twice from another location (Barlow NE), it was so appetizing! Even the fries were below average and tasted awful. McDonald’s fries are way better. Do not recommend going to this location! The staff do not know how to cook!

I bought a bacon wrap with toppings, thru tried to charge me for them which are free add on, afterwards they changed it but didn’t even put the toppings I ordered on. Quite disappointed

Very nice A&W. Conveniently placed near my workplace and the staff are very friendly and their presence lights up the atmosphere. I especially like the manager, he’s a nice Indian guy with glasses and gave me a coupon for free root beer. The place is relatively clean too and I’m not sure why some people complain about the service and food quality. Maybe people just are too entitled these days and think they own the world, they should understand how stressful it is to work fast food; society treats fast food workers like sub-par beings.
Last week I visit there the food was really delicious and staff also very nice.

I recently visited A&W, and it was a delightful experience. The classic root beer was as refreshing as ever. I ordered the Teen Burger and was impressed by the juicy beef patty and fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right.
