Nice and clean! Large interior! Great self serve drink fountain! Clean washroom! Handicapped accessible! Bright interior! Great idea for handling French fries and serving trays, all are stainless steel and reusable! Sometimes it is a little cool!

Just want my Friday-night burger with rings and root beer. Can this outlet have some consistency of food???? Onion rings with no seasoning. Burgers with no cheese. And thats if you get what you ordered. Once I got fries instead of rings I ordered. Didn't realize til I got home. Since I didn't want to go out again, I called and was promised a letter in a few weeks acknowledging replacement. Months later and nothing. For what we are being charged for take out fast food, can we expect a little more?????

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:25 PM, well before the posted dining room closing time of 11:00 PM, only to be told I couldn’t stay and use the dining area — with no clear explanation. If the dining room closes earlier than advertised, then update your hours. Otherwise, respect your customers (or former customers) by honoring what’s written. The way clients are treated here, it really doesn’t feel like this unit — or the chain — is owned and operated by Canadians. I won’t be returning.

When all the other A&W I visited can substitue meat with harsh brown for the Canadian special, this shop simpily reply they cannot. They say they have no button for it. They say they can only punch in each items as per my request. If you can make what I want, what is the point for saying NO to customer. I decided to leave as i felt like discriminated.
