I dine in a couple times a month. The staff are friendly and efficient.
The food is usually fresh . They keep the dining area clean especially when the older lady is working.

They NEVER give napkins in the drive thru. It's infuriating
NOT a 24 hour location despite being advertised as one, even on Google
Probably one of the worst locations as no other location I've ever visited in Canada hoards napkins the way they do

I know 11:01 is past breakfast but the attitude I received is abhorrent (from a fully engilish speaking person, dont get it twisted). Keep your $100 breakfast, i'm good lol. These are the kinds of situations that lose you customers forever 🤣🤣 good job

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service at this A&W location was terrible. There was a clear language barrier that made ordering difficult. I specifically asked for chipotle mayo on the side with my yam fries, and I also mentioned I wanted extra chipotle mayo — not for my burger, just on the side.

Instead, my Teen Burger was absolutely soaked in chipotle mayo, completely ruining my meal. To make things worse, I didn’t even receive any chipotle mayo on the side with my yam fries, which was what the sauce was intended for in the first place.

Now my meal is ruined, and the last thing I want to do is drive back when I have kids that need to eat. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Please ensure your staff double-check orders and confirm instructions with customers — this could have been easily avoided.
