When all the other A&W I visited can substitue meat with harsh brown for the Canadian special, this shop simpily reply they cannot. They say they have no button for it. They say they can only punch in each items as per my request. If you can make what I want, what is the point for saying NO to customer. I decided to leave as i felt like discriminated.

There is great service at the drive thru here. However, the pavement in the drive thru is something else altogether. Watch where you drive! The Dark Chocolate Frozen Cold Brew is to die for! Better than an iced cap from Tim.
