i have tried to grow to love the prett coffee as much as i loved their organic fairtrade. but i simply cannot. i have drank many of their coffees before and after the switch. and the switch should have never happened. i hope they can bring back the organic fairtrade after this prett coffee trial.

I ordered two wraps and a drink, they asked if I wanted a combo and I said yes with small fries but they never gave me the fries. Also saw employee drop food and still give it to the customer

Really love the food here. The service is fast. The reason for the 1 star is because this location tends to forget some items when I order to-go. This has happened to me a few times where I paid for my food and the employee forgets something. So if you come here be sure to check if everything you ordered is in the bag before you leave!
they lock the doors at 10 minutes to closing… and then glared at me and turned the lights out
edit: there’s a TIIIIIINY sign on the side of the side (not at the front!) that says the inside part closes at 9:45. this is not posted anywhere online and had i known i would not have bothered to visit but i had no way of knowing.

Disappointed on how they handle mistake orders. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing they get defensive and just give you a refund so they don't have to correct nothing. I suppose they just don't care. Customer Service doesn't exist. Thus location needs coaching from head office on hospitality behavior and maybe some training on company standards.
