Every time I go to this location I have had a positive experience! I like my burger a very specific way and this location has no problem accommodating my request. I like a single onion ring on my burger. I am very happy to pay extra as the food experience is just not the same without it.

This is my favourite location in the city! Always, fast friendly service. The food is always consistent. The dining area & washrooms are always clean and well stocked. The employees are always happy and very helpful to its morning clientele—I’ve witnessed them rushing to open doors for the seniors. The staff walk around and refill coffee and bring you your food to your table. If any fast food restaurant deserves tips, it is this one.

It's refreshing to visit a fast-food spot where the team is so competent and accommodating. They clearly know how to handle orders with speed and precision. Edit- Evening are the time when staff are at their peak. Morning however they ask you if want ketchup and proceed to not put it in the bag. Why bother asking in the first place 🤔 anyways there is another wasted hash brown. Even when you ask without them they dont... this has happened multiple times..
I have gone here twice in the last month and both times the teen burgers were cold and and very disappointed for the price! The burgers don't seem to be grilled as there are no grill lines rather seem to be cooked in an oven.

So I just came from their drive-through a few minutes ago and discovered that they forgot to give me my fries in my combo meal. The receipt clearly shows that I paid for fries. I guess I got ripped off. Unfortunately there's no way I'm returning to get this corrected.

I came by the drive thru today and had an amazing experience! The staff member who took my order, her name was Shukria or something similar was incredibly kind, polite, and efficient. She had a friendly attitude and smile and helped me with the app. Overall excellent service:)
