Went through drive thru around 11:40am By far the worst service and food is a joke, most a&w I go to never disappoint. From the drive thru customer service the lady did not want to be there or even care to let me finish my order “ANYTHING ELSE” after each and individual order. I got a spicy habanero and I do not know what they gave me it had an odd taste to it and it wasn’t a spicy habanero burger, onion rings were old and dried out. She gave me no napkins and no receipt. People pay extra for the quality of food but this is the most garbage location and food I’ve ever gotten. Do better.

I love the teen burgers, root beer and mozza burger. So this rating is not for those items. This is for the Nashville hot chicken. The chicken was not great and really it is a splash or two of what seems like Frank's sauce not evenly spread on the chicken. I would not recommend ordering this sandwich.

Night crew couldn't take a normale order in a resonable timely maner and we had to wait for 20 minute to get our food. We went back because they forgot our fries and when we got to the widow we told him and he said that he knew their wasn't any fries even tho we ordered them

Been going here for years but today I was a little disappointed I ordered the onion rings and a t e e n Burger the burger was awesome as usual but the onion rings were so greasy I'm not sure what the cook was doing this is the first time I've been disappointed with this a&w but we do love it when we get the a&w coupons in the mail it's a great deal hopefully next time there's not as much grease! We've had so many good experiences at this location will keep going back might have just been a bad day with the cook all the grease on the onion rings took away the flavor unfortunately
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. The staff was so friendly. Good was amazing! And they even gave us a little gift in the bag 😀😀😀

I ordered lunch through uber eats but it Arrived late And cold.I asked for bacon on my Burger Didn't receive bacon.I asked for no onions.There was onions on it No Ketchup for my fries And no napkins.I will never be ordering from here again
