We experienced one of the worst customer service from the workers at this A&W location. The worker got mad at us, as we asked him to repeat our order, so that we could confirm it was entered in correctly. But, the worker was extremely rude and literally spoiled our mood with his tone. If people cannot provide customer service, they shouldn’t be a part of food industry. The manager needs to make sure, what kind of employees he/she has hired, as these workers represent your business. I would never visit this location ever again!

I visit here tonight around 12:30 am at drive thru with my friends. The guy who took our order was very rude to us while taking the order. Then after we reached to the pickup window. A phillipino guy with a pony tale took a payment and asked us to wait for 5-6 mins and closed the window. We waited for almost 15 mins but he didn’t come back on the window. Then, I knocked once on the window to ask how long will it take, but he showed his attitude to us by saying why you knocked. He was saying that he is the manager. Also, he was wearing airpods while working. He abused me and my friends and said this is my way of work and I will work like this. He was very rude and unprofessional and telling himself a manager. I will not recommend this place to anyone because of that man.

Terrible! I had to wait 1 hour just for them to fix my order,will be going to a different location next time.
I like this location. The staff is usually very friendly. I've never seen any bad customer interactions either. There are lots of regulars in the mornings so you gotta know that they're at this A&W for a reason. I've only used the drive through once and the person working was really nice. I got a candle with my food for the Lunar New Year too!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but I know they have the beyond meat burger, and it's delicious. I'm sure they have other options?
Heard these ppl arguing with a customer that they didn’t put fish on his hasbrowns. Maybe the oil is flavoured with fish to enhance the flavour? Any who my order arrives incorrect. I don’t eat beef I asked for chicken and the cashier Jen(Gen) thinks it’s ok to charge me for a second sandwich because she has an english communication barrier. She later grabs it and chucks it into the garbage. Won’t be back

Don't have take out burgers more than once or twice a year, but we always come to this location. Clean premises, nice staff, and you get the A&W taste and selection you expect. Nothing to rave about but not disappointing.

I always come here for breakfast and its always perfect. I think the cook remembers me because my eggs are always exactly how I like them. Also seniors fill the place early in the mornings so the coffee is always fresh!
