Waited for 10 minutes for my 2 orders of onion ring and when I got to my work I found that the two orders of my onion rings were all burnt and the lady who’s getting the order is VERY RUDE, no customer service at all.

They haven’t had iced tea for months. The bottled water isn’t chilled, and mine was actually WARM today. The person taking my order wasn’t wearing deodorant. Fries were out in the take out bag upside down, even though I said my order was to stay. Never giving this store my business again. Waking over to the one at BP from now on.

Not only 1 time but every time I go here they mess up my order. It feels like when I place my order I should just start saying anything you want to give me because that's what I get. From as simple as wanting no tomatoes to getting the complete wrong order. Worst A&W ever .

This is amazing, somehow this A&W restaurant managed to make burgers taste different from A&W franchises. I walk an extra block to go to a different A&W restaurant.
