The stuff its roud with the customer in drive no why I come to order in driver thru and the lady she said to me please the food it’s not ready you need to drive around after 10 min back get your food why I will come to driver thru if The stuff said to the customer drive around I wanna know who tel her do that and the food was cold not fresh even the hygiene off the people zero I will not come back to this location

The food and the ambiance were good, even though the dining area is somewhat small. There is only one washroom.

I couldn’t get the full nice meal experience because they don’t have the cold mugs to drink a cool delicious drink at this location.

Frequently come to this a&w since it’s 24 hours and we work late. We sometimes ask if we can wait an extra 5-10 mins so we get fresh chicken fingers, as otherwise since we come so late at night we get very old ones. We don’t mind waiting at all and usually they ask us first if we are ok with a wait, we always are.

This time around (July 13th at 12:15am, young adult/late teen male asian worker) when we asked for fresh chicken fingers, the worker just sighed and said ‘ok, 5 minute wait’. We asked if we should wait in line or park and he said we needed to go through again in 5 mins. Okay. We park, wait 3 minutes, then he comes out to our car, hands us the food and says ‘making me work hard, this is just a minimum wage job’ in a snarky tone, before walking off. Wow!!

Maybe this guy shouldn’t have a job at all instead. Won’t have to work at all then! Sorry you’re so miserable. The chicken fingers were ok though!

Most tasty A&W. the egg was perfect done! They allow me to use two coupons at once. Bring food to your table! The tables are cleaned. Like the drive through or dine in!

Can’t believe they discontinued the Beyond Burger. Was the only thing I liked getting from here. Definitely won’t be coming back as often :(
