Had a "big breakfast" today. Eggs and sausages were kind of tasteless, but only for ack of any spice. Toast was limp, marmalade had no peel but was made from mostly juice. For $27 (2 people), I'd say it was very poor value.

This A&W charge for coffee refills after 11 am. Even when you order a breakfast item. Used to be my go to breakfast place. Dont know of any other A&W that charges for refills.

Great that it's canadian but the Indians working there should learn to speak clear English. They're as good as incomprehensible.

When the owner is there it's 10/10 food. When he is not there it's at best a 5/10. Take a chance if you want.

First time back to this location in several years. I stopped coming here as they used to make a lot of mistakes but I was hungry and nearby so I decided to see if they improved. The good: order was ready fast. Special requests were followed. No bacon on my teen burger (this is a win as they used to leave it on even when asked not to and I don't eat pork). I also asked for extra pickles and they delivered. The bad: one of the reasons my kids and I love A&W is you get a generous clump of fresh lettuce in your burger. Today's burgers had wilted outside pieces. Not appetizing. Thankfully we're going home so I'll pull out the wilted stuff and add more.

The staff dont wear gloves while preparing the food. Specially when handling the bun and veggies, they dont wear gloves at all. It can be clearly seen from inside the store and through the kitchen window. I forgot my phone in the car and couldnt take a photo. If someone else notices, please take a photo and post it here.

I ordered breakfast for delivery directly through the A&W app. My “coffee” cup only had the cream in it, someone forgot to add the actual coffee! The cup doesn’t weigh anything which is noticeable and somehow this was given to the delivery driver to take. No condiments included as normal. This location doesn’t seem to take the same care as others.
