We ordered 2 combos online and they forgot the fries for BOTH of the orders! The fries were the main part we wanted. Their incompetence is so infuriating!

Had a "big breakfast" today. Eggs and sausages were kind of tasteless, but only for ack of any spice. Toast was limp, marmalade had no peel but was made from mostly juice. For $27 (2 people), I'd say it was very poor value.

lots of mistakes whenever we come here. this time the worker specifically confirmed we wanted mayo on a sandwich and then didn’t put any mayo and also burnt the english muffin.

Went in today asked for an
egg and cheese with no cheese. They gave me a sausage and egg. When I went in to get it fixed they would not fix it and I was left with something I coudnt eat. Terrible customer service.

The girlfriend and I stopped here because we were both getting hangry. The food at this location was absolutely phenomenal. The burgers were really good, the onion rings were seasoned perfectly. This was the best A&W I've had in years. Well done

This is a hidden gem. Very clean, quick service and friendly staff who can speak English. Shawn was at the counter during my last visit. Greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my order and had it ready before I could say What Ho !. Highly recommended if you are looking for a super quiet place to exchange notes with your best friend or spend a few minutes with your laptop or homework. Also THE best onion rings I've eaten in the last few years. Perfect breading and not too salty. Obviously made by an expert in the back.

This A&W charge for coffee refills after 11 am. Even when you order a breakfast item. Used to be my go to breakfast place. Dont know of any other A&W that charges for refills.

Great that it's canadian but the Indians working there should learn to speak clear English. They're as good as incomprehensible.
