If I could give this location a zero rating I would. My experience today in the food court was beyond disrespectful. My cashier/server was Araya (not sure how it’s spelt as they also don’t wear name tags). Not only was she not welcoming and didn’t even start with a hello, but kept rolling her eyes when I asked about the order of chicken nuggets and then just upgraded to a 5 pack. She was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time I was literally just ordering some nuggets. It was as if she was miserable even working there and taking it out on customers. Then my order was ready and she closed the bag, called my name and literally threw the nuggets on the tray at which point I lost my cool and had to just stare at her. I asked the other cashier for her name to write this review. The service today was unreasonable and so uncalled for it completely ruined my entire day which was going pretty smoothly before my interaction with her. Safe to say I won’t be back and she really needs to work on her presentation.

I top up my tea as the large cup only has one tea bag just like regular size. It quite make sense to me as I just have more water and ends up tasting weaker.

Was in on may 4th at 10:20 am and ordered a spicy chipotle chicken sandwich, got to my vehicle to eat it and took 2 bites and found a big piece of black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting, went back inside to tell the workers, one lady said sorry while the other lady smiled and laughed directly to me,( this lady wasn’t even the one helping me) absolutely ridiculous customer service. 10/10 would never eat here again, I get mistakes happen but to laugh in a paying customers face over a unhygienic mistake you guys have made is absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t keep a straight face maybe go in the back where customers can’t see.

Absolutely terrible service. The women that work here act like They are doing you a favour by serving you. Absolutely miserable attitude. Plus on one or two occasions we’ve ordered breakfast and they dumped the tomato directly on top of the egg and then acted like it was our fault.

I've visited A&W in Market Mall three times, and each time the staff seems rushed, even when there are no other customers. On every visit, we've had to point out missing items, like lettuce or the kids' meal box. I wouldn't recommend it.

Dara is superb she is very kind helpful and patient even when we hadn’t made up our minds on what we wanted to eat was really helpful and talked us through our options and possible combos…….amazing service 5 stars
