Absolutely terrible service. The women that work here act like They are doing you a favour by serving you. Absolutely miserable attitude. Plus on one or two occasions we’ve ordered breakfast and they dumped the tomato directly on top of the egg and then acted like it was our fault.

I've visited A&W in Market Mall three times, and each time the staff seems rushed, even when there are no other customers. On every visit, we've had to point out missing items, like lettuce or the kids' meal box. I wouldn't recommend it.

Dara is superb she is very kind helpful and patient even when we hadn’t made up our minds on what we wanted to eat was really helpful and talked us through our options and possible combos…….amazing service 5 stars

I come here often to eat.I ate this morning around 09:30am.Two people work, but they don't get along.They say stay, but they package it like takeout.I ordered a coke together, but it was in front of another employee.It's not that busy, but I guess they had a fight.Since it's a stay, I'm going to take a tray with me;;Among the two female employees, the chubby oneIt's a bitch;;; Tsk tsk, give me some education!!!Disappointment, disappointment, great disappointment!!

Sunshine is not that sunny in the morning. Every other A&W location lets you keep your coupon to use it again. Maybe if you wannt come back in a week or two. These coupons are good for three months but this location wants your coupon so that you can’t use it again. Just a greedy location without cheerful workers. Specially Sunshine who was cloudy that morning.
