Best service I've EVER had at an A&W. Was serves through the drivethru by Anmol. She was an absolute gem! 💎 I get what seems to be a complicated order and so many a&w staffers mess it up or have charged me waaay too much and it's been frustrating. Anmol was a breath of fresh air and nailed my order, plus was very friendly and sweet! (She deserves a raise;) thanks! Will return to this location again!!

I'm beginning to think that the fact that this location offers extra condiments for purchase (like gravy) is just a method to make free money. The extras are never included when I order, no matter how much I pay for them. I ordered around 6am, and all my food tasted like it had been sitting under heating lamps since the night before.

I recently visited A&W and was disappointed with the service from one of the employees, Ankita name on her batch. She seemed uninterested in her work and wasn’t polite when taking the order. The order also took longer than usual, and there was no proper communication or apology for the delay. Customer service could definitely be improved — a little more attention and courtesy would make a big difference. Will never come again here.

Are you guys giving out food for free? Because your employees give the service that way. Extremely rude ladies. Besides that they messed up my order and when i confronted them, no apology as well? Kindly train your employees on service please 🙏 I have been to various locations and a big fan of A&W but this location really sucks. Wish could give zero stars!!!

Tremendously satisfied. I haven’t ate fast food in years but with the exceptional new quality standards set by A&W for cage free eggs, grass fed & finished beef - as well as the wild caught fish. I am really impressed with everything and had a great experience!

The meal and service were great. What I did not like is the cold factory like atmosphere. It should be warm and cozy like other a & w restaurants. The chairs were not comfortable. Not a cozy place at all.
