Used to be a customer before becoming vegan. It was a treat to try their plant based burger this year, it brought me back a bit. Their mayo based sauce isn't vegan so I substitute for ketchup.

Last week when visiting Canada, we had to stop by A&W Canada to try their new, completely vegan (no modifications needed to make it vegan) Piri Piri Potato Buddy. You'll be glad to hear that It's a permanent menu addition available at all A&W Canada locations, not just a seasonal special due to disappear. We found it very tasty and give it a rating of "R" for ... definitely Recommended :)

I was harassed by an employee after i complained them that i received salty onion rings. The employee name Charybell and Reyl as per their other employee, they insulted and harassed my mother when she said the onion rings are too salty. She insulted by saying you ate all when we literally took two pieces out. She refused to replace it first then give us two pieces to insult us more. Claimed we only returned two pieces. I gave them all the onions back which they threw themselves away. This is a shameful act by your employee and the franchisee. My mother literally cried after this. I ordered poutine today i just tell her marisa name girl that can you please melt it properly but she talked very rudely and i waited just for melting cheese on my poutine for 15 mints it was really disappointed

Worst customer service experience ever, the name of the lady was Rose, I don’t know why she treats all the customers in the worst way possible, asked for extra Nashville glaze and spicy habenero sauce and they put in nothing in the sandwich. She treated me the same the last time I was there and when I asked for her name, she didn’t give it to me.

Saw a sign boasting that A&W is proudly Canadian. Paid $17.09 for a hamburger and onion rings. It is A&Ws choice to charge what they want. Is my choice to not make this mistake again any time soon.
