On my way to a movie, I decided to try the Mama Burger promotion for only $5, which included fries. However, when I asked to upgrade the fries to onion rings, the staff member informed me that it wasn't possible. I opted to cancel the promotion and ordered two Mama combos with two onion rings, with no seasoning salt.
When my order was ready, I was handed one order with fries and one with onion rings, but both had seasoning. I immediately informed the staff that I had ordered both with onion rings and no seasoning salt. The staff member then spoke to the person who packed my order, and I overheard her insist that I had to accept the order, as that's what was shown on the screen and what I had paid for.
I explained that I specifically wanted the onion rings, which is why I canceled the promotion. She went to the till and printed the receipt, continuing to insist that what I received was correct. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a refund, I returned the drinks as requested. To my shock, the staff member grabbed the drinks, smashed them, and threw them in the garbage right in front of me with a disrespectful facial expression. This behavior was completely unprofessional.
I was appalled by the way I was treated, and it ruined what was supposed to be a simple and enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this location to others, as the service and handling of mistakes were far from acceptable.

Young lady at the front desk helped my seven-year-old granddaughter order. She was really good at that. This sets the whole tone for the experience.! Well done! 👍
Asked for a regular bunn and recieved an english muffin. Ordered a coffe with 2 cream 2 sugar and they made it without any cream. Not a good place to be or eat

The only A&W location that has not let me bring a photo of my coupons. I had my daughter with me and they wouldn’t even make an exception, even though I had coupons in the car she wasn’t dressed for the cold as I was waiting for my wife who had her jacket.
