On a recent Saturday morning, we ordered five breakfast meals from your establishment and were significantly dissatisfied with the quality. Three of the five meals were burnt. The most visually appealing platter was positioned at the top of the bag, while the subsequent platters were all overcooked. It is evident that the food was prepared beyond an acceptable level, and we are very disappointed that these items were served to a customer. This clearly indicates a quality standard below expectations. We recommend additional training for your staff and an enhanced quality control process.

The food came fast and the staff really are next level for fast food service. I will always come back to this place.

This place is full of disrespectful people, including the manager. It feels like a big family-run chain where in the mornings and afternoons they only serve certain people. I ordered chicken burgers and coffee, and when I went back inside to politely ask for extra sugar, they didn’t even look at me or speak to me properly — extremely rude. The way they smile and serve customers is not consistent at all. Some get treated well, while others are ignored. Very unprofessional.”

Bring back the proper straws !!! It’s 2025 Trumps back let’s go

For all my previous visits, i ordered all Canadian and they were able to suititue bacon and sausage with 2 hash brown. Plus the one already from the combo, there were 3 hash browns. TODAY,they said the could only sub all meat with one hash brown. Which means I got similar food like classic but paid as all canadian. More important, they tell you after you paid and sat down, not befire you paid.

Screwed up my order twice.

I came in the drive thru at about 5AM on Aug 8th and the experience was really good. Friendly staff and the food was quick and fresh! As an ex night shift fast food worker myself, I would say those guys are killing it!!
