I have NEVER had a full hot meal at this A&W... today I tried the fish sandwich (maybe a 5 out of 10 but at least hot) with fries... I am certain the fries have been sitting in the basket since yesterday. Ice cold. I was going to have a Teenburger but I have NEVER had a Teen with MELTED cheese at this store... when they saw me leave with a tray still full of food you can be sure they saw me for the last time. How are they still in business? Doesn't the TV dude ever visit franchises to see if they are good or awful? This place is a total fail.

We ordered a plant-based burger combo and a chicken burger combo and they were terrible. The fries were old and had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, but at the same time they were also cold.

The plant based burger came out of the kitchen in seconds, when it normally takes longer than a regular burger, and it also was the wrong burger because it had an obvious beef patty on it; it smelled like beef, looked like beef, tasted like beef, and had the texture of beef.
When I asked for the burger to be remade with an actual plant based patty, the staff tried to argue that it was a plant based patty when it very obviously wasn't; A&W plant based patties are not even closed to being indistinguishable from beef patties.

A&W once again proving they do not care about you as a customer if you don't eat meat.

At 4 AM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 5-piece chicken strips meal with sweet and sour sauce. But when I got home, there was no sweet and sour sauce! Seriously? They should’ve just told me if they didn’t have it instead of messing up my order.

And on top of that, it took forever—15 minutes just for a simple order! Now I’m eating, and the chicken strips are terrible. They’re tough, like they were just reheated. Is that even acceptable? Do I deserve this? I’m exhausted and starving, and this is what I get? Unbelievable. This is so frustrating and such a bad experience!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible service, took over 20 minutes in the drive through to get to the window even, once I got to the window I watch the lady walk away as my food sits there bagged, to go talk to her coworkers, one a manager looking type with a darker shirt, on his phone laughing in the front area in view of eatery and drive through window, two males seemingly sexually harassing eachother as one touches the other and gets pushes off aggressively and 2 girls not really doing much either, finally the lady walks back over, I pay and get my food, completely unseasoned cold fries, and unseasoned grease dripping burgers, no trace of the whole reason I come here, the a&w seasoning, I would recommend driving 6 minutes south to the Glenmore location, much better service and food, these guys are repeatedly missing the mark on both taste, quality, and service

Received wrong burger and the so called “onion rings” are a joke. Deep fried wet onion skin with a weird seasoning.

Typically we like A&W but our family lunch today was not great. Food was lukewarm, the dining area was freezing cold (heating issues??) we got out as soon as we could. Won’t be back to this location…
