This location is complete trash. EVERY single time I go there they are OUT OF BEEF, FORGOT TO HEAT THE EGG COOKER, CLEANING THE GRILL, SPILLED SOME CHEMICAL ON THE GRILL, MISSING PART OF THE ORDER or some other problem and not once have I ever gotten what I wanted or gotten any food in a timely manner. They always need 5-20 mins to get food made. One time they needed 45 minutes. The employees are dull and careless. Sometimes the onion rings taste like straight batter. The beef has also had a stranger taste once or twice. Total nightmare location. I only go there when im desperate cuz its close by.

This is the SLOWEST A&W I’ve ever been too. Every time I come to this establishment, they ALWAYS send you to the front of the store to WAIT for your food and boy do you wait. 5 min, sometimes 10 minutes. The front of the combined gas station / restaurant is packed with cars and no where to park. STOP SENDING PEOPLE TO THE FRONT TO PARK. Improve your level of service so you can serve people faster. HORRIBLY MANAGED. Figure it out!!!

Dishonest service and overcharge: I visited this A&W with a discount coupon, but after giving them the coupon, they charged me the full amount anyway. I only noticed later that they had billed me the entire total instead of applying the discount. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. Be careful and always check your receipt before leaving.

Complete shit, currently writing this as the worker has yet to give us our sandwich’s. We have been waiting 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable.

Food was ill prepared, eggs was way beyond what was asked for, no stirrer for coffee available, condments table mostly empty and unattended, and this was at a quiet time, with nothing going on.
Other A&W' I visit use glass plates and steel cutlery, here I got served on paper with the horrible wood utensils.
Will make sure I never support this A&W again.

Went there for a meal at night, the staff was fantastic. Lovepreet, Stuti and Gurpreet have been kind and helpful and meal was delicious.

Lovepreet has been amazing in customer service. Came here for the coffee he served me with fresh coffee and welcomed with a great smile. I come here everyday and night people make my morning best and they treat there customers like friends and family.
Amazing place to have a coffee and start morning.
