Today I went to A &W to order a kids meal, cheese burger ? and fries ?..usually I check the order but today I didn’t My child got an hamburger with onions, mushrooms and mayonnaise, instead cheese burger. Because of this mistake he had for lunch only fries, not even fries because he doesn’t really like fries He comes home so disappointed, I tried to surprise him with his favourite A & W lunch I actually disappointed him with a wrong meal Sad! Always check your order!

They always get my order wrong. I forgot to check before leaving today as with kids sometimes I forget. But they gave me chicken strips instead of the burger for my daughter. For my son they forgot his dipping sauce. Other times because my son is lactose intolerant, they've put cheese on his burger and refuse to fix it. This time because I don't live in the area I tried calling their phone number but magically it doesn't work. I refuse to go here if they can't get anything right and refuse to fix things. I get people make mistakes but this is starting to happen way too many times
