I went there for a burger, the service was good and friendly. It is a busy place attracting alot of people everyday. The food was fresh and made within 5 minutes. The restaraunt is always clean the tables are and the bathroom as well. I keep going back there to eat.

Stop trying to charge .25 cents for a pack of mayo us customers request after you just threw in 15 free ketchup packs we never end up using. Offer and ask us, would we like some ketchup or mayo at all. Simple. You’ve just earned a lost customer that lives near by as I’m tired of your charging non sense. There’s no need for it. Smarten up A & W.

Less waste!? Yeah right.
I am quite disappointed with my experience here. When I first walked in everyone looked like they hated their life, and my presence was taxing for them.
I was “helped” by Regina and her attitude, I’m assuming the manager on shift, and she threw a burger out from the drive through right in front of me before taking my order. My first thought is maybe someone was allergic to something that was put on there and didn’t think much of it at first, other than it was sad that a fresh burger was being tossed in the garage.
I asked for grilled onions on my burger and was charged extra. When I got the burger there was no grilled onions and so I brought it back to the counter and asked that they get put them on the burger I had. Regina tried telling me that they were on there when she pack it in the bag, but she wasn’t even in eye sight when someone else packed my meal. So she tried to make it seem like I picked them off, and she was even about to throw out the burger I handed her just because it did have the onions I payed extra for. I was so disappointed that Regina was so ready to waste food like it was nothing.
I stopped her from trashing a perfectly good burger and asked that I just get the onion on the side and walked out once I got everything I payed for.
As I walked out I see a “Less Waste” sticker on the door and figured if that is a motto of the franchise, then Regina is not upholding the company’s values.
The food was fine, but some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
