The dude was super nice. Food was made quick and served right to our (fairly large) group in good order. Friendly people, food was also great. Fries - salted great, root beer - hit the spot… my burger wasn’t even lop sided. Very impressed.
P.S. teens were on sale for 5 bucks. Seriously a prime A&W experience.

Very unclear and very unsatisfactory service as I simply wanted a buddy burger and was up sold to a $10 dollar fries and drink combo. Really POOR!

I received the BEST customer service I have had in a fast food restaurant. Dhruv was very attentive with our group of eight and was constantly looking to Make sure our experience was the best. It's rare to find people with this attitude now a days!!

A&W’s coffee is surprisingly good !The coffee was served hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great option for a quick caffeine fix!
