3 Years later....simply awful food. Burger was not too hot and neither the CRAPPY onion rings. I complained and the staff would not record it. I'll try to never go back.

Got the A&W coupon flyer today. Prices are up quite noticeably even after the coupon discount - probably the highest prices I have ever seen at A&W. My income is not going up. So what do I do? I threw the coupon flyer in the garbage and decided that I will not go back to A&W until the prices drop substantially. Good luck A&W.

Water coming down from several spots in the ceiling doesn't give confidence in the cleanliness or sanitation of the restaurant. Nor the working conditions for the employees having water dripping on them as they try to serve food.

Great service and super understanding staff. We visited with my little brother, who has strict allergy restrictions, and asked if they could fry the fries separately from other foods. The team helped out without any hassle at all. Really appreciated the care and accommodation—made our visit smooth and stress-free!

Ordered a burger with no mustard on it on a short lunch break. Ran back to work to eat quickly and found mustard on the burger. Was not able to go get a refund or exchange it due to not having enough time during lunch break. Strongly recommend avoiding this place during a time crunch unless you feel like donating money to them for nothing in return.
