Messed up my drink order, drive through attendant was hard to talk to, he did not understand English or pretend led not to understand english, tried hard to discourage use of coupon, and in the end ended up messing my order...

A&W is a great option if you want a quick and tasty snack. We especially love their burgers - they're always fresh and juicy, and their signature onion rings are just perfect. Drinks, especially root beer, complete the experience. It would be great if the menu was expanded for vegans, but even so we are always satisfied with the quality and service.

Absolute garbage this morning. Ordered 1 bacon egg and 1 sausage and egg sandwhich and hashbrown. Both came sausge and egg. Cold. Eggs were so over fried couldn't chew it and hashbrown was so hard and cold. If we weren't already late we would have turned around. :( what a waste of money in this time.

Masala veggie burger is extremely good. I hope to keep it permanent menu item

Arrived around 10:20 to order food, wanted to order it in the diner instead of the drive through but it was closed. Closing time is 11:00 pm. I don’t understand why they lock the doors over half an hour early. I didn’t want to eat in, just wanted to order inside. Terrible service, employees also laughed when they saw us try to open the doors.

over seasoned fries for my poutine, so salty. So many employees in there you would think they could put out a nice tasting poutine.

Always order in the drive-thru. Best burgers in town in my opinion. Little bit different language if you want to order a burger with light onions their term is easy on the onions. Stop at this location in the Drive-Thru are always friendly, always have a smile. My day is always better after I go through their drive-thru.

Went through the drive thru tonite .. the lady taking the order wasn’t really into it & got one of my items wrong (there were only 3-didn’t notice until I got home)went up to the drive thru window & struck out 3 times with my credit card because she couldn’t be bothered to hold “the stick” correctly, couldn’t be bothered to watch what she was doing to help me hit it right & really didn’t care that now I have to call my bank & get it corrected so I can use it again!!! So frustrating.. & once home my husband said his teen burger tastes & feels like shoe leather, the onion rings were totally raw inside & the dough was chewy & uncooked too .. this place has been in our community for awhile & everytime I go I remember this is why I don’t go back very often ! Poor service, poor food.
