I have ignored many times , but this time you guys gave chicken instead of potato patty .. really appreciate it! Simple straight forward order and you guys put all the efforts to ruin it! Awesome

Prices go up and service goes down. It ranges from $15-20 for a burger and fries and pop. In what way are they okay referring to themselves as A&W “restaurants”? service is just them taking your order and yelling your number.

Went to hit the drive through around 12:45 since it says online you all are open till 1 am but it was closed. Maybe change your hours online if you guys don’t actually stay open that long.

Our first time dining at this A&W branch since moving from Okotoks to Legacy. I was really impressed by how fast the service was, and the burgers were not only affordable but also delicious. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was great. We’ll definitely be coming back 🥰

Not the friendliest staff… I get it, it’s early, morning shift, but even when you greet the staff with a smile and ask how they are, they don’t even ask you back… just not a friendly place. I’ll stop at the one near my house before coming here again. The one lady is just so rude… can’t believe she works customer service.

When I worked at A&W you were supposed to greet people with a smile and be friendly…. You would have lost your job if you talked to people the way these folks do…not to mention the amount of times you pay for extra bacon, and don’t even get it on the sandwich…

- Mama burger with one singular pickle, and
- Teen burger with 1 slice of onion, 1 tomato slice, no lettuce(?), and the tiiiiiiniest piece of bacon 😂
I know it’s fast food, but I’m sorry these are sadder than McD’s dollar deals menu 💔

My order had missing and wrong items. Also no straws were provided. Very silly mistakes. It seems speed was a priority over quality. Simply closed the bag and handed it off quickly. Not sure what’s wrong with this restaurant I had a better experience in person last year. I noticed poor reviews on this store as of the last several months. Food was ok, I’ve had better quality at other locations. Hashbrown seemed more salty than I remember. Disappointing.
