I had a disappointing experience at the A&W located in the food court upstairs near the baggage area. I ordered a Buddy Burger, but the burger was burned, and the chicken patty was hard and dry instead of soft and juicy. It was really unpleasant to eat. This is not the quality I expect from A&W. I hope they improve their food quality and attention to detail at this location.

Burger was so greasy it was inedible, avoid.
Took 20 minutes to get one sausage and cheddar sandwich today. 20 minutes. I only ordered the sandwich. No drink, no side. There wasn’t even a line.
I bought Beyond meat burger and they gave expired buns and when I ate it half then I came to know about expired bun. If something happen with my health A&W will be for responsible.

My family and I love A&W especially when we are traveling. Unfortunately we noted that this morning, the servers were not wearing gloves when handling food in the back, and then also handled the cash register.
I look forward to eating lunch here all the time. The service is excellent, food is consistently good, and staff are amazing.
Dietary restrictions: I always get a lettuce wrapped burger as I cannot eat bread.
