A&W Canada

1st visit onion rings were inedible because they so greasy and crumbly. Second time I just got a value burger and there was no cheese. So they remade it and the bottom half of the bun was covered in onion ring flour batter so they didn’t change gloves when remaking the burger from whatever they were doing before. That is why I just the value so no big loss there. I didn’t bother taking it back again and will not go there again ever. It’s not the worst but certainly not anywhere near where it should be.

there are some of staff are very rude, after taking order they it to you not as you ordered and you still need to ask them again and again. there one elder he is very rude to the customers, always shouting and ignored your order. I have many several time experience at A&w at southcentre mall.

The staff was incredibly rude. One of them rolled her eyes at me when I told her my order was for takeout — even though she never asked whether it was for here or to go. She also forgot the dipping sauce for my order, and when I went back to ask for it, she laughed as if it were a joke. Customer service these days…

Went there about 645 on Nov 21. Order 3 burgers
1 teen burger. 1 double teen burger and a momma mushroom burger for lunch the next day.
It wasn't busy when I ordered. But yet I got 3 teen burgers. I google the number but never got an answer.
I'm kind of disappointed in the mistake as it wasn't busy.

the store staff with ugly fade so rude and dirty he but his finger at his nose then serves customer .I wander how Alberta health gave home a license for food service. no more Canada new low dirty service from now and later please don’t go to that restaurant. Never ever

Very very disappointed in the service today. I went to get the flames game deal, however they rung up my order as the mama combo and charged me 12.80 instead of 5. Upon paying, I realized the mistake and politely asked if I was mistaken and if there the flames game deal today. The cashier told me we do not honour the deal unless you explicitly ask for it, which is very very interesting considering it is a store wide promotion and I have been many times without asking. I was offered no apology, and was instead given dirty looks by the two employees who reluctantly offered me a refund while looking very annoyed. However, when I went back to exchange my change due to American currency, they did not speak a word to me which I found very dismissive and rude. I will not be returning to this establishment, despite being a loyal A&W enjoyer for many years.

It's just fast food. But what I found here though (compared to some of the other locations), the employees always look upset and sometimes don't follow through the instructions.

This is a fast food place, my food took quite a while to prepare and given to me. There was an employee, an old man, who was just standing idle. I would expect that if all employees are working, food and service would be 10x better.

This is probably the worst A&W in Canada. I ordered a kid pack with yam fries. The price was high, the fries were bad, they even didn't have a chocolate bar always included at other locations.
