Very very disappointed in the service today. I went to get the flames game deal, however they rung up my order as the mama combo and charged me 12.80 instead of 5. Upon paying, I realized the mistake and politely asked if I was mistaken and if there the flames game deal today. The cashier told me we do not honour the deal unless you explicitly ask for it, which is very very interesting considering it is a store wide promotion and I have been many times without asking. I was offered no apology, and was instead given dirty looks by the two employees who reluctantly offered me a refund while looking very annoyed. However, when I went back to exchange my change due to American currency, they did not speak a word to me which I found very dismissive and rude. I will not be returning to this establishment, despite being a loyal A&W enjoyer for many years.

It's just fast food. But what I found here though (compared to some of the other locations), the employees always look upset and sometimes don't follow through the instructions.

This is a fast food place, my food took quite a while to prepare and given to me. There was an employee, an old man, who was just standing idle. I would expect that if all employees are working, food and service would be 10x better.

This is probably the worst A&W in Canada. I ordered a kid pack with yam fries. The price was high, the fries were bad, they even didn't have a chocolate bar always included at other locations.

Went there on the weekend around 1:30, orders took long because it was only two of the employees taking and packing orders. Another older man who was at the front who I can only assume to be the owner was just standing in the corner doing nothing even though there was a really long line and orders were stacking up. When I was second in line he started to argue and yell at one of the workers. Food took around 7 minutes, but feel like I would've gotten it faster if the owner was helping instead of sitting around doing nothing.

The manager Maryann is not very good. She’s on her phone when customers are waiting she seems to not care about staff members as she was arguing with one of the co workers at the time. I just wanted my chubby chicken burger. It’s super frustrating and discouraging to see managers not setting up a good example to employees by going on their phone while on shift. The owner (I believe) was there and just stands there in the way when the food is being delivered.

Last week, I went to A&W in southcenter mall and ordered a coffee with other foods. She added sugar for me when I asked no sugar. When I return it, she surprisingly gave the coffee I had already tasted to another customer.

Back for breakfast again June 9th, ordered classic with over medium eggs. Got one over medium and one hard but when I went to cut eggs found 2 long hairs in food. Asked them to redo and ended up getting 2 well done eggs. I go to other A&W's for breakfast a lot, this is the only one that consistently disappoints. Instead of offering to make it a third time they should have offered a refund or coupon or something.

Arrived shortly after 10am. Ordered over medium eggs, got hard. Said no to hash brown was charged and received anyways, asked for triple triple coffee and they tried to give me 1 sugar 2 cream. So overall not a great experience

Very disappointed in the service provided. To start it off, asked for a medium drink and got what is the size of a kids drink and told that’s what it is because of free refills. Secondly paying a large amount of money for such unsatisfactory food and terrible service. Lastly asked for the food to be more done than normal as we have had experiences in the past with undercooked food, the food we got came out barely warm and didn’t look cooked at, we took it back and asked for it to be redone and was refused to have it taken back and done again. The manager refused to redo it and take it back or even offer a refund or something in exchange, instead the manager refuses this and rolls their eyes and walks away from the customer.
Very upset and surprised at the quality or service provided here and all coming from a manager as well makes this soemthing to not want to return to.

As this is a food court inside a shopping mall, many people in holiday. Waited a long queue and the services is far inferior than the independent branch.

Last week I ordered a Nashville sandwich lettuce wrapped with a tomato. Got charged an extra 20cents for adding tomato which is so ridiculous, plus my burger was not at all the hot crunch burger that I had ordered! There was just tomato, chicken, and mayo on the sandwich with A LOT of mayo... no spicy sauce on the burger at all! The only things they got right were it being lettuce-wrapped and having a tomato.

Dishonest business, charges more than what is on the menu. Raspberry pie is $1.00on the menu, but charges you 1.25. same things with fries, we noticed this a few occurence already.
