I have never paid 16.17 for an all Canadian with orange juice and a coffee. You do here take the extra drive north to save 3 bucks. Simply ridiculous to make me pay so much. Worst I’ve been here so many times but today I was charge out the ass I don’t appreciate it at all

This is my go to fastfood after my midnight shift. Unfortunately, the midnight staff especially the one preparing the burger. Doesn't care about serving old foods. This is not the first time I got disappointed when I got home and took a bite just to end up throwing their food. Mostly I noticed when I ordered a crispy chicken and fries. I just ordered 2 chicken sandwiches tonight. One is fresh and the other one is old the same goes with the fries. I don't experience this whenever we eat during the day. I remember before when the guys were in charge on midnight shift. They even ask if it's ok to wait for 5-7 mins which I appreciated because they care about the quality. I'm writing this review to the nice owner of this A&W to remind their staff to prioritize quality than saving waste meat. I will come back because I always go to this same location and hopefully they pay attention so they don't push away their old and new customers.
