Had a great experience at the drive-thru today. Abbasi was polite, attentive, and professional throughout the entire interaction. My order was taken clearly and efficiently, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Abbasi maintained a friendly attitude and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. Never come in this location ever! Coming from someone who have worked at A&W before the service here was so bad. Asked my bf to pickup an order i placed from uber and since the weather is -21 i told him maybe he can go through the window. The guy that was on shift tonight exactly at 1:50 am dec12 EXTREMELY RUDE shouting at the drive thru mic is not very professional. I understand that he might not want him by the drive thru since he thought it was an uber driver but despite that, the attitude and behaviour should never be like that to anyone. Just quit your job if you hate customer actually coming in during your shift. Pathetic
