I usually love stopped by here it's right near my house but I got a poutine recently and it had moldy cheese curds. I called to tell them about it and they said they couldn't do anything unless they could see the mold ON THE CAMERA like that's possible. Not sure when good customer service went to die but I won't be returning here. Hopefully another A&W will be run by people who genuinely care about their customers experience and try to make things right rather than arguing with the person. No thanks.

Older Indian Lady was super rude and dismissive after I told her that I had a coupon. She proceeded to tell me that the mobile coupon only works for online orders when it clearly says that you can scan it in the restaurant. Take that attitude somewhere else.
