The food was standard A&W fare—no surprises there—but the condition of the restaurant was disappointing. My son and I stopped in for a quick bite, and nearly every table was dirty. The condiment dispenser was broken, and the staff seemed more focused on celebrating a birthday among themselves than tending to the dining area. I won’t be returning to this location. The one near Barlow and 39th is much cleaner and better managed.

We ordered two Peri Peri Chicken Burger, one onion rings, and one drink. However, the service was very slow, and when we got our food, we noticed several mistakes. They gave us fries instead of onion rings, and both burgers were Buddy Burgers instead of Peri Peri Chicken Burgers Also, the onion rings were half-cooked. We were payed according to our original order, not what we actually received.

I have been coming to this A&W location for a couple of years now with my family and my friends and honestly, it’s probably the best A&W restaurant in Calgary because their food is always delicious. Their supervisor Tamanna is very kind and always doing her job amazingly.

Incompetent worker EVNG E, asked for root beer and onion rings with a coupon off the app. Said I only asked for a root beer so only gave me that, even though he saw and scanned my coupon and never gave the onion rings. So had to buy the onion rings separate at full even tho I had a coupon and decided to have an attitude insisting he heard correctly lol.
