To much noise by employees, employees drinking a cold drink infront of the customers, food quality I masala veggies not good ,

actually we order veg masala burger combo with sweet patoto fries , fries was cold and soggy and girl behaviour not good with me .her name is tamanna .. she asked me second time about payment but the payment is already done .. so make sure work on behaviour and communication skill..they have no knowledge about discounts ..

I went there two days ago and purchased about 3 chubby chicken burgers and 2 chipotle wraps. My sister mom and myself got food poisoning instantly after, having to be hospitalised from the food. I do not recommend what so ever to even bother eating here. My family and I will never step food in this location again.

Horrible. Stopped here to eat and use the bathroom as we had just finished loading our moving trailer, we were denied the use of bathroom,and told it was policy, and that it was just cleaned. Seriously just wanted to wash our hands and eat. We clearly didn't end up eating there!!

I can't Speak to the Service inside or Atmosphere as I did a skip order ... Could only make it half way through my cold burger (and this is not due to the skip driver ) the cold onion rings over cooked an I threw all but 2 out ... The only decent thing was the apple turnover and the lemonade ???.

It's A&W for heaven's sake , should be uniform throughout all locations this is the first time I've had a bad meal at A&W ... And again my skip arrived quickly after pickup an burger barley warm .. I've ordered skip A&W from further away an burgers were still very warm /hot and onion rings also . It's a shame really cause I see many other similar complaints by customers of this place . Which shows management does not care to fix the issues . Hopefully for the brand

Won't be ordering here again which is unfortunate as I work nearby
