Probably the worst location in Calgary. Unhygienic Bidet installed in the bathrooms, they make you leave the drive through even if there is nobody behind you to make their times better while they take an absolute eternity to hand you the simplest orders. No customer service to speak of, said nothing handing off our items, no please move around to the front, no manners.
No matter what time of the day or night I go here, I'm always shocked at the terrible service compared to other locations.

I went in to get some food on the go, and the service was fairly quick and the cashiers were polite. When I got back to my car, I realized someone’s vehicle needed a boost, so I moved my vehicle next to theirs and assisted. Great parking!

The customer service given at this location was amazing compared to every other fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not only was the manager present and serving customers, he gave out free coupons. 10/10 would come back.

As busy as this place gets in the kinda cramped dining area, I'm constantly impressed by the staff's cleanliness in the kitchen! The dining area can get a lil unruly at times... But seeing them more then once cleaning up the kitchen area thoroughly even as busy as they get has left an impression on me!

Last night, during our drive-through visit, we were served by an employee whose behavior was quite rude. As we were about to leave, she abruptly shut the window in a manner that felt very disrespectful. This experience was disappointing, and it makes us hesitant to return to a place where we felt neither respected nor valued as customers.

Order taker: Gurpinder was very clear, I only repeated my order one time and he got it. They always make the food fresh, maybe a 1-3 min wait in the front and all fries and burgers fresh and hot. This location is great.
