Such a great local A&W! The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and they actually remember their regulars — which makes such a difference. The organic coffee is hands down my favourite (tastes like real coffee, no more Tim Hortons for me!), and the service is always quick. Really appreciate this team!

I was visiting calgary few days ago and I was in this a&w location. There was a punjabi girl working at drive through..Her behavior was very very rude and she was treating me like she own this place. I just want to inform manager that your staff really need to learn good customer service. They need to be polite with customers. I am clearly very disappointed with the service provided. I have visit the a&w location in ontario and all other places in calgary too..they are quite good. But this place particulary is bad.
