I ordered 2 items, the Indian lady cashier didn’t double check my order, the total was 10.58$ for an apple turnover and iced latte, but it turned out she gave me a bag of fries, an apple turnover and a hot latte.i asked for a refund for the fries and remake a iced coffee for me, instead The lady forced me to take all the stuff, she said she already gave me extra hot latte, and can’t refund the fries for me and forced me to take it. Worst customer service ever. No double check on the order, no refund on mistaken order. And soggy fries. I don’t recommend this place at all worst place ever.

The coffee was delicious and fresh, but what really stood out was the atmosphere — it’s such a warm and comfortable place to sit and relax. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and cheerful. ☕️🍔✨

This A&W location is something else. Nestled right in a busy intersection between 64Ave and 4 St NE, it sees busy drivethru traffic sometimes but they provide excellent service nonetheless. Tables are always clean, food is prepared just right, and the atmosphere is good even the climate control feels very relaxing and you're not gasping for air or anything, depsite the dining area being a bit smaller than most.
Arshdeep, along with the rest of the crew are very professional and will make sure they provide a very hospitable environment.
