A very clean and spacious restaurant with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We visited on a Sunday evening, and our server was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional — it really made a difference. The burgers were fresh and well-prepared, the sweet potato fries were crisp and flavorful, and the food arrived promptly.
We also appreciated the small details that make A&W special — especially enjoying our root beers in super cold glass mugs.

I just witnessed a worker behind the counter who was blowing her nose, and without washing her hands first, grabbed the food and put it in the bag. With all these new hirers they need to be trained better.

Worst burger ever. Indian taste? Spice? Since when did A&W become Indian burger? I bought two mozzarella burgers and I don't know what happened here but they are disgusting.

I have given it a 5 star rating because they have introduced a Masala Veggie Burger which is made from vegetables and Nanak paneer. I liked the taste of this new burger and did not have to order a plant based burger. I hope they continue serving this veggie burger for people who do not eat non-veg food and hesitate to order a plant based burger. The peri-peri fries and root beer made it a perfect veggie combo meal.

Ordered a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and a large lemonade an, the server didn’t even give me a straw or my food in a respectful manner, very rude and horrible customer service, the employees name was Christa, a Cashier. Very rude and disrespectful. Terrible service and unacceptable behaviour, A&W you just lost yourself a loyal customer.

Good experience! When you're looking for a tastey burger that's a little different from the other chains. Service was good, and the dining room was fairly clean. Exactly what you want when you go for a quick bite.

I don't know who the lovely lady with the flame hair is, but she/they absolutely deserves a raise. Best service hands down I've ever had at any A&W right now, and we are currently sitting in the drive thru, and had the frozen machine in cleaning but made sure they could clean them as quick as possible to get drinks made. Food is fresh and hot, and drinks are frozen and amazing. Thank you queen!

We have been coming here since moving to the area 15 years ago. We always felt that there was good value for the money, especially for breakfast. We come for bacon and eggs quite often. Our last visit today we noticed that they have done away with bringing food to your table, and also got rid of the jam display at the front. Not that it’s a big deal, but just another place that is reducing their level of service, and passing it on to the consumer. Elimination of customer interaction doesn’t make sense, but most people will likely just continue using on, as most other places do the same thing. Otherwise it’s a four star.
