Arrived at 9:15pm and was told they are closed despite the website and google maps showing “open until 10pm” and the door being unlocked.

I've only been here once so far, but I want to come back for sure! The ice cream from here was probably the best I've ever had (i got the fudge brownie swirl flavor). The ice cream here is made in house, which is really unique. The decor is very cool, too.

I came to the Barlow location today, hoping to come in and out with a delicious treat as I truly love Abbeys ice cream. However, it has come to my attention that every time i come to this location, i feel as though i didn’t receive the full customer service experience as I used to get. The 2 workers today seem overwhelmed and rushed with long line ups (especially during rush hour). I honestly felt bad for the workers, they should’ve had more people working since today was really hot.

We came to this ice cream parlour for the first time . The flavours were amazing we had a hard time choosing flavours. Loved it will come again and will let our family and friends know about this place.

We’ve been going to Abbey’s creation since their first location in Bowness. Our whole family are huge fans!! The ice creams flavors are so creamy and flavourful. We’ve met the owner Abbey herself and she is such a kind and sweet person. The rest of the staff are great too! We’ve enjoyed every visit here. I recommend this place to everyone who wants really good ice cream!
