I've got to say wow I come into this location 2 to 3 times a week with my girlfriend and spend anywhere from 30 to $50 each time but today I just got off work and I stopped at Safeway and grabbed a tub of ice cream. I stopped in and asked for a plastic spoon and the Chinese lady at the counter gave me the dirtiest look and said why don't you ask for a spoon where you got your ice cream! I will not be coming back here. So I really hope that the rude comment she made is worth the $500 in sales per month that she just sent to their competitors at the other side of the building

the nice lady and man who worked here when i went before are very nice people and friendly they made the experience very nice. they let me taste test the ice cream because its hard to choose. halo-halo, mango sticky rice, pomelo, ube, & ube-queso flavours very nice. ice cream flavours not too sweet, and price point was not bad. i like to get the two flavour of ice cream, mango sticky rice on bottom and halo-halo on top in a cup, adding topping of shredded coconut, nata de coco (lychee jelly), and the little colourful jellies. at this location they didn’t mix on the cold marble slab and im happy they didn’t because at a different location they did without telling me and i was a little sad.

I’ve had the best ice cream experience here, would definitely recommend this to my friends!? I love how I was able to sample a lot of flavours before choosing, and they have a variety of free toppings and waffle cones/bowls! ? Most importantly, customer service was a 10/10! the staff were really nice and accommodating! ? I had the brownie meringue for the ice cream fest and it was delicious! ?

We arrived at this location a full 20 minutes before closing time and they had already locked the door, and refused to serve us due to them already cleaning. Very disappointed as we had driven specifically into Calgary from out of town for this experience.

Walked in here for the first time and left with no regrets. We tried the flavours toblerone and tiramisu but ended up liking dark cocoa a lot more. I got a waffle chocolate bowl with 2 scoops of dark cocoa mixed with Oreo, marshmallows, and a drizzle of chocolate. It was worth EVERY penny, and it was scrumptious. My boyfriend and I would come back here again :)

If you are not sure which ice cream to choose from.They allow you to sample. The staff are very kind and are good at their job. It is the best ice cream parlour I have ever went to. The flavours are endless. Also the options are hard to choose from. So it takes you quite a long time to actually get your order ready. The ice cream was very delicious although it melted fast. I also got the banana split. However, when I got the banana split it melted by the time I got home. I love the combination of the ice cream that I got. An absolute must try.
