Absolutely Fabulous Catering

I worked with Laura this summer on the catering for my daughter's garden wedding at our home. Laura is so personable and helpful; a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable about event planning/resources in Calgary and, of course - about great food and beverages for special events! My daughter and her finance are vegetarians and we had quite a few guests who needed gluten free options. Laura has an extensive list of appetizers and is very willing to adapt recipes to meet various dietary needs. She also brought a great kitchen/bar/serving team on the day of the wedding. They were professional, friendly and fun at our reception. My husband and I could truly relax and be present for this special day knowing our guests were being looked after so well. And no clean up afterward! Heaven:) I would highly recommend working with Laura on your next event...she is a dream to work with.

Laura is the best!Her mother was an institution in this city; a cutting edge entrepreneur who was way ahead of her time! Laura carries on the brilliant traditions from her mother and does tons of her own creations.I have food issues (celiac) and Laura would more than accommodate my dietary needs. To that, many celiacs would often ask me who I’d use as a caterer and I’d always say Laura from Ab Fab and they would always thank me afterwards for recommending her.Plus, she’s like the nicest person on the planet and that too is hard to find.

My wedding guests are still raving about the wonderful food at our wedding. Not only was everything unbelievably delicious but the staff and decor was perfect as well.

We used Absolutely Fabulous at Christmas time for a big family gathering. It literally was the easiest entertaining we have have ever done. Every one raved about the food. The cranberry chicken, beef satay and every other dish was amazing. Also best gluten free appie's, just heat up and serve! would highly recommend!

the absolute worst in every way. I could write a novel about it. but instead go anywhere else and have a better experience in every way imaginable. this place is the worst of the worst for reals on my honour.
