Afghan Chatkhara Restaurant

Absolute garbage service. I called to get 12 naan. They said come in 10 to 15 mins. I went after 30 mins just so i dont have to wait. And these guy gave my order to someone else and said you have to wait for you order to get ready. So now after 20 more minutes so 50 minutes in total from when i placed the call. I am still waiting....

Whats the point of taking my order on the phone and then making me wait even when i gave you guys extra time to make my order.. you could've have simply told me its first come first serve. So j could come accordingly.

This is afghani restaurant and it’s so dirty restaurant and there is no taste in their dishes and recipes .
Also there is a lots of rats inside and outside the kitchen
The service is also so bad not All the people that work in this restaurant but there is one girl name ( Kiran) she is mean and has a lot of attitude.

Food taste fantastic but an old came from back side and ask us to sit in instead of doing steps in shop as it was making shop dirt, that’s ridiculous. The front lady treated us nicely

I ordered the chorgha and waited to cook it for me , the burnt oil smell so boring inside the shop , also the chorgha was old and not tasty.

Lady who answers the phone has zero idea of what she is doing. No customer service exists.

In short, excellent food, good price and great service. It is a take out only

Customer service very bad. The girl at front girl name is Kiran. she has no manner very disrespectful attitude very bad . The way talk with customer very unprofessional. I don’t recommend to anyone.

Tried the Chicken Chargah and Chapli kebab, not fresh. There was blood in the chicken and smell in Chapli kebab. Not worth it! Poor customer services, requested refund but denied !
Not recommended !
