Attended for lunch. Service was excellent. Loved the design and atmosphere with banquettes, retro vibe, historic fireplace and wonderful western mural. Food was good, had the steak sandwich which was presented in a non-traditional way with a brioche bun.
The Fairmont Palliser was wonderfully decorated for the Christmas season. Our high tea experience was lovely and we thoroughly enjoy the afternoon. The food was very good and the tea was delicious. The service was excellent from the moment we drove up to the door, to the hostess at the restaurant, the servers and the employee that graciously said that he could take our photos. I highly recommend the visit!
I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived the host was quite rude and initially said it was impossible to accommodate us. After I showed my reservation confirmation, she acknowledged it was correct but still told us no table was available and that the only option was to sit at the bar. This was disappointing and not the experience I expected
