Likely the best Maple Leaf Lounge in Canada that allows domestic customers. Nice layout and good hours. The fact there is a bartender is great as can get some more interesting drinks. Nice views of the action at the airport and more of a refinded feel compared to other Maple Leaf lounges. Food was fine but could be an area of improvement.

Overall terrible experience. Wifi very slow.

Majority of the staff who are working at AC counters are from same community and their customer service are very low and bad. Please make your work force diverse and productive.

0.65 Mbps download speed. What's the point of flying business class if you get prehistoric internet speeds that you cannot do business on?

Seriously, I'm pretty sure my grandma had faster internet 2 decades ago, and we're not even flying!

I don’t eat pork, didn’t say anything to the service just asked if sausages contain pork.
She brought for me an omelette and spelled out the content

Incident took place at yyc airport at 10:45 am on September 11,2024- Katherine Ann works as a permanent security/ customer service works at be the special assistance is extremely rude , uses foul language ,towards the customers, raises her volume , yells at the special needs customers, she yelled at us while we were asking for special assistance- unprofessional, rude , I’m so sure she’s a smoker and needed a cigarette so bad , her frustration was out of this world- on the other side we were helped from seton name koyade at the air Canada check in counter - he was so nice and helpful , assisted us in the eway possible -

This is one of our favourite maple leaf lounges in Canada. It's always clean, friendly staff, great customer service, and provides a unique Alberta themed atmosphere that makes it stick out more than the rest.

We are always able to get in and find ample seating, as was the case this morning before flying out to Vancouver.

It is disappointing you cannot get alcoholic beverages before 11am, yet on a 7am flight you're able to. You would think for the services you've purchased, you should be allowed.

Overall, great lounge, and we will continue using for the foreseeable future.

Oh wow, this is a top-notch spot to grab some food, a drink, and escape the hectic atmosphere of the airport.

The washrooms are clean and spacious, there are plenty of places to sit. And there's a set of office style booths with plugs and lights for those longer airport visits/layovers where you can get some solid work done.

Food selection is very poor and the quality is very bad and questionable and the chairs for sitting are not very comfortable and out dated. For a reward you have to spend so much money and flying time to receive it's a very very poor set up on air Canadas part and they should be doing better, no excuses!!

First time here and to be honest very satisfied. The seating area is a lot and it’s not crowded like the WestJet lounge. We came here during breakfast time and the selection is limited just some traditional breakfast items (hash brown, bakery etc) but I love their egg Benedict. The vibe is relax and the viewing to the tarmac is nice!

Business corals look dirty and feel sticky even after a wipe down. Some of the office chair and lamps are also broken. Coffee is nice.
