This place is just terrible. We've been to many lounges as we travel the world and this one was terrible... Arrogant staff, especially the front desk, terrible food. Do not recommend and in all honesty, should be closed down. Airport chairs are more comfortable.

Food isn't the best but it is better than Vancouver's lounge from my experiences. I don't really get why you can't get a beer here before 11am but you can go to Chilis and get one no problem. Westjets lounge is better if you have the option.
