It was such a good experience, everything we’ve ordered was delicious and waiting time wasn’t even that much, it comes with 5 minutes. Ivy was very helpful, from suggestions to serving our food. The place is very cool and parking is accessible. Will be back to try other food from their menu.

Cozy little atmosphere. Food came out quickly! Great plates to share with others. The smoked tuna tataki and the smoked caesar came out wh a beautiful presentation! Black cod and stone beef yakinuki were fabulous!

Honestly really cool place! I will however admit it took me a solid 5 min circling the building the find out where this place was until I realized it was all the way at the back of the restaurant (and yes I know it’s supposed to be hidden). The food was very good and very reasonably priced for the portion sizes you get! Would definitely come back to try some of their cocktails and other food items!

I was positively surprised, very nicely decorated restaurant, with the hidden room in the back, the food was soo good, and fast friendly service, the food menu is designed for sharing. The chocolate lava was the top unbeatable treat 😋

Waiter recommended smoked tuna tataki, personally liked it a lot! Sauce they poured onto it was really good. Tuna wasn’t to my boyfriend’s taste (but he’s also not a big fan of fish in general). We got their truffle duck, carbonara udon, stone eel hitsmabushi, and tempura ice cream. Mixed feelings about the fried ice cream, wouldn’t buy it again but was nice to try, otherwise everything else was fantastic! Our waiter also recommended their Yakiniku Beef so we’ll have to try that next time. Food came out quickly, but possibly because we went in when they weren’t busy.

By far the best place to go to! We just had the best experience ever!, food was superb coupled with the great staff who did extra mile with our dinning experience. Emily who is the owner really a hands on to each and every customer, she is so very accommodating. What can I say everything is perfect its the best place to be! Hats off to everyone there!

If you desire a bit of a quiet and private setting, come and experience it. The interiors are creatively designed, and the food is also remarkably good. I usually recommend this resto to friends visiting Calgary!
The door front is very unique and cool, but I think the decor/design within was a little lackluster. The high tables are really large for two people, I think they could benefit from more intimate style seating.
EDIT: added a star since they started printing menus. Great to see a local business taking customer reviews seriously :)
