Great food at an amazing price... however, I've stopped here on 3 different occasions and they were closed each time during their posted operation times.

The food and service is great. I ordered the Chicken soup, sate beef sub and mango green tea, all were amazing! The sitting area was cozy with nice plants and the sun was beaming in creating a great atmosphere while I was waiting!

Every time I come here I find something more delicious to try. Their sandwiches are so good, bread is soft and crunchy and their drinks are just the right amount of sweetness

Great little spot! The sub and bubble tea were tasty, and I loved the cozy atmosphere with all the beautiful plants (you can even buy them!). I’m in the area monthly for skincare and will definitely come back — $19 total with tip is such a great deal!

Love this place! Staff is so nice and the food is delicious! I have tried several different items on the menu and all have been great!
Just awful,worst Vietnamese food I have ever eaten,hard to even call this food, I’m a big fan of Vietnamese food and have eaten at numerous restaurants ,how they actually stay in business is unbelievable,hate to be so critical but this was a total waste of money,and the prices aren’t cheap,had a few bites and couldn’t force any more down,really disappointing ,just keeping it real based on my experience today.
I love Taro bubble tea and the brown sugar milk tea is so good 😋 best place to go thx you Ami Tea
