What the heck?!? My family and I are bubble tea/BahnMi people and we just discovered this place!!!
Holy wow! The Teas were amazing, refreshing and well priced. The Subs were incredible and again, price wise, cheaper than most places.
They also sell very unique, tropical plants for a fraction of the cost anywhere else I’ve seen.

The food and service is great. I ordered the Chicken soup, sate beef sub and mango green tea, all were amazing! The sitting area was cozy with nice plants and the sun was beaming in creating a great atmosphere while I was waiting!

Great little spot! The sub and bubble tea were tasty, and I loved the cozy atmosphere with all the beautiful plants (you can even buy them!). I’m in the area monthly for skincare and will definitely come back — $19 total with tip is such a great deal!
