We used to come here a lot but the quality of service and food has gone down a lot recently. Last time we went it took them a long time to acknowledge us and let us order food. The appetizer took over 30 mins to arrive. When our pho finally arrived the noodles for the curry pho was super soggy. We used to enjoy the food but the service and quality of food have gone down so much.

First time ordering food from this restaurant, I love to see gluten free options at a veitnamese restaurants :) the women I spoke to on the phone was friendly and advised me that some of their sauces I wont be able to have since it has gluten in it, which was really kind of her, as well as asking me if its an allergy!! Thank you for seeking clarification! The soup looks and tasted great, fresh ingredients, even the broth is good! Ive never been given spring rolls that were pre-cut before, but none the less, everything tasted good, thank you, i'll try and come again.

We stopped by An An Vietnamese Kitchen right when they opened at 11am and were seated inside, but it was really cold. It might have been because the heaters hadn’t warmed up yet. We ordered quickly since I had a flight to catch, but the first dish didn’t arrive until around 11:40, so that was disappointing since we were the first ones there.
We had the fish sauce chicken wings, frog legs, crab and pork spring rolls, wagyu pho, and beef rib bun bo hue. The food was okay overall, but nothing really stood out. Wouldn’t return on my next trip to Calgary.

Had bun bo hue here with my friend and it was so good! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the place felt cozy and clean.
We came to have some Vietnamese pho and wanted to sit by the window. They actually had an available table, but it wasn’t cleaned yet. The staff told us to wait for 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, they said the kitchen was too busy, so they couldn’t let us sit down. We told them we could just sit first and wait to order and eat when they weren’t so busy, but they still refused. So we ended up standing outside in minus five degrees for about 20 minutes. Then, When we finally got inside, they still didn’t let us sit down. They asked if we had a reservation, and we said no. Then we asked, “Do we need a reservation to eat here?” said, “No, but it’s recommended.” The restaurant had plenty of empty tables, but he still refused to let us sit

I came here because they have the same name with a Michelin-stared restaurant in Ho Chi Minh city lol. However the experience was not disappointed.
There were lots of dishes on the menu. You can recognize these signature Vietnamese dishes but they had a bit of modern tweaks to them. Everything was great though.

Disappointing Service The service at this restaurant left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get a server’s attention. It was also strange to be told the washroom isn’t public after sitting there for half an hour as paying customers. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend based on this visit.
