Why are there flies on the food?? This the third time I see that and tell the girl works there and she was like we will let the manager know! What do you mean let the manager know, don’t you see the flies on the muffins?? These flies were on dogs poops transferring bacteria. Why is the glass thing with the food in it open? You see this every time and you still can’t bother to spend some money to fix it and make them closed. I will go again soon and probably I will invite the health service to come and check it out

Been going here for the past 3 years and I absolutely love this place for the atmosphere and the staff. Plus it’s in such a pretty area. This is my go to spot!!! The coffee is delicious it’s not acidic like a lot of other places.

I have been to this location before but this time had a bitter experience. We purchased 2 vegan chocolate croissants for take away, and were surprised with a hair in it when consumed at home. I would have returned but was at airport already. The cost was $16 totally not worth it!

My go-to coffee shop when I have a tonne of emails. Great coffee and plenty of seating. Always enough parking options. Great service! Pastries are alright but have only tried a few.
I stopped in for tea and a pastry but noticed flies landing on some of the baked goods, even though they were behind a glass display. I decided to just order the tea and skip the pastry. I mentioned it to the gentleman who took my order but he said there’s not much they can do and that they try their best. I understand it can be difficult but that response didn’t feel very reassuring, especially when it comes to food safety. Flies can carry bacteria like salmonella or E. coli, which makes it more serious than just being unappetizing. Cleanliness is important, even with a display case. I hope they address the issue.

Love this analog and it’s so fun to visit and grab a bite + coffee. Disappointed by the matcha, though. Everytime I go it ends up like a milk with a splash of matcha looking nearly white instead of green, but I keep going back for the pastries and cold brew
