My usual weekly trip to Calgary farmers market off Blackfoot has me popping in for produce and sometimes the gf stop. Today I took the time to check out the food court and I was beyond thrilled to realize there was a Turkish booth. Today I had the gozleme, which brought back many great memories from my travels. I intend to try many of their other amazing offerings. If you are looking for some great Turkish dishes this is the place for you.

I ordered a chicken kebab to eat in. The sides were generous and quite tasty, but unfortunately, the chicken itself was overcooked, dry, and lacking seasoning.
Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other and taking phone calls than attending to customers. The wait time was also longer than expected.
Overall, I came in with higher expectations and left disappointed.

yesterday I went and tried their lamb shank, it was really good, the lamb was soft and was covered in a tomato sauce, it went really well with everything else
Food is good but what I don’t get is the small doner shop mentality of not serving water and making people buy drinks even if they don’t want to. It doesn’t suit them considering they spent so much money on making the interior look good.

This is the Holy Grail for a Turkish experience in Calgary!
The trifecta of good food, beautiful treasure and the wealth of knowledge Jack has is all there.
If you've ever been or have ever wanted to go, this place a bit of Turkiye!
Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Meats were cooked perfectly and the restaraunt was very lively
Tasteless overpriced pastry. Avoid
I got the lamb shank platter, and the proportion is less than what I had it on May 2024. Still pretty good!
First time trying their Lahmacun, and soo worth it if you don't mind lamb.
